Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 탑승구역(26)에 공기 순환조절회로(1)와 기작(2)으로 구성된 공기순환조절장치에 있어서, 자동차 외부에서 유입된 공기를 조절회로(1)로 제공하는 제1위치와 탑승구역으로부터 공기를 조절회로(1)에 다시 유입시키는 재수환 위치(제2위치)로 이동될 수 있는 공급밸브(40)를 작동시키는 제1수단(56, 60)과 조절된 공기를 자동차의 창(30)쪽으로 공급하는 제1위치와 조절된 공기를 자동차의 탑승구역의 다른 지역(32, 34)으로 제공하는 제2위치에서 조절된 공기를 분배하는 분배밸브(28)를 작동시키는 제2수단(56, 58)으로 구성되며, 이 장치는 제1과 제2수단(56, 58, 60)에서 분배밸브(28)가 제1위치에 있는 경우에 공급밸브(40)는 제2위치와는 다른 위치에 있는 것과 같이 상호 연결되어 작동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 자동차의 탑승구역(26)에 공기 순환조절회로(1)와 기작(2)으로 구성된 공기순환조절장치에 있어서, 자동차 외부에서 유입된 공기를 조절회로(1)로 제공하는 제1위치와 탑승구역으로부터 공기를 조절회로(1)에 다시 유입시키는 재순환 위치(제2위치)로 이동될 수 있는 공급밸브(40)를 작동시키는 제1수단(56, 60)과 조절된 공기를 자동차의 창(30)쪽으로 공급하는 제1위치와 조절된 공기를 자동차의 탑승구역의 다른 지역(32, 34)으로 제공하는 제2위치에서 조절된 공기를 분배하는 분배밸브(28)를 작동시키는 제2수단(56, 58)으로 구성되며, 이 장치는 제1과 제2수단(56, 58, 60)에서 분배밸브(28)가 제1위치에 있는 경우에 공급밸브(40)는 제2위치와는 다른 위치에 있는 것과 같이 상호 연결되어 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기순환 조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 공급밸브(40)의 상이한 위치가 제1위치가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공가 순환 조절 장치.
  3. 전술한 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조절기작(2)은 공급밸브(40)와 분배밸브(28)를 조절하는 단일버튼(56)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 순환 조절장치.
  4. 제1 내지3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급밸브(40)는 일정량의 신선한 공기가 조절회로(1)로 유입하게 하는 누출수단(46)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공가 순환 조절장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 일정한 량은 조절회로(1)에서 순환되는 공기의 양의 20 내지 30%에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 순환 조절장치.
  6. 전술한 어느 한항에 있어서, 공기순환조절회로(1)는 공급벨트(40)가 위치한 공기공급지역(4)과 공기를 열 또는 냉각시키는 공기온도조절지역(12), 분배밸브(26)가 위치한 탑승수단(26)으로 조절된 공기를 분배하는 분배지역(16), 탑승지역(26)에 있는 공기의 수집지역(36), 수집지역(36)에서 공급지역(4)으로 공기를 이동시키는 수단(38)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 순환 조절장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수집지역(36)은 탑승구역(26)의 후미하측에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 순환 조절 장치.
  8. 전술한 어느 한항에 있어서, 탑승지역(26)으로 제공되는 공기의 온도를 조절하는 조절수단(64)이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 순환 조절 장치.
