Abstract
본 발명은 유압기계의 제어에 있어서 유압펌프의 요구유량과 토출유량간의 오차로 인하여 작동기를 정확한 위치로 이동할 수 없는 결함을 개선하기 위한 유압기계의 펌프토출유량 제어방법에 관한 것으로, 펌프토출 요구유량이 입력되면 경전각검출수단을 통해 사판의 경전각을 검출하고 회전수 검출수단으로부터 엔진의 회전수를 읽어들여 유압펌프의 실제 토출유량을 연산하고, 펌프의 요구유량과 실제 토출유량간의 편차와 작동기편차를 구하여 펌프보유량값을 연산하고 이 값을 전압신호로 변환하여 펌프의 토출량을 보정한다.

제 1 도는 본 발명이 적용되는 유압시스템의 예로서 굴삭기 시스템의 구성을 개략적으로 나타낸 블럭도, 제 2 도는 제 1 도에 도시된 제어부의 내부구성을 나타낸 블럭도, 제 3 도는 본 발명에 따른 제어방법을 설명하기 위한 흐름도.
Claims (1)
- 유압기계에서 임의의 작업을 위해 각 작동기를 정확하게 움직여 소정의 동작이 오차없이 수행될 수 있도록 유압펌프의 토출유량을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 작업수행에 요구되는 위치로 작동기를 움직이기 위한 조작데이타로부터 상기 작동기의 요구유량(qi)을 계산한 후 상기 펌프에 작용하는 부하압력(pi)에 따라서 상기 펌프의 토출가능유량(Qri)을 계산하는 스텝(41,42)과, 상기 소정의 동작을 위해 상기 펌프가 토출해야 할 것으로 요구되는 요구유량(Qri)계산하고 엔진의 회전수(Ne)와 사판의 경전각(αi) 및 상기 작동기의 작동량(θi)을 읽어들이는 스텝(43,44)과, 상기 회전수(Ne)와 상기 경전각(αi) 및 상기 작동량(θi)으로부터 상기 펌프의 실제토출유량(Qei)을 계산한 후 상기 펌프로부터 상기 작동기에 실제로 제공된 작동유량(Qai)을 계산하는 스텝(45,46)과, 상기 펌프의 상기 요구유량(Qri)과 상기 실제 토출유량(Qei)길이 펌프유량편차(dQei)와 상기 요구유량(Qri)과 상기 작동유량(Qai)간의 작동기유량편차(dQai)를 각각 구하는 스텝(47)과, 상기 펌프유량편차(dQei)와 상기 작동기유량편차(dQai)간의 상대적인 크기에 따라 상기 소정의 동작을 수행하는데 가장 적합한 유량인 상기 펌프의 목표토출유량(Qoi)을 계산하고 이를 전압신호로 변환하여 출력하여 상기 펌프의 토출량을 보정하는 스텝(48,49)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압펌프의 토출유량 제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
