Abstract

탄산음료에 사용되는 크라운 마개, 특히 파스퇴르처리되는 병에 사용하기 위한 비틀어서 여는 크라운용 가스켓은 바람직하게는 폴리비닐 클로라이드를 포함하지 않고 또 스티렌 및 콘쥬게이트된 디엔의 수소화된 공중합체 또는 관능화된 그의 유도체를 함유하는 열가소성 물질로부터 형성된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 열가소성 물질이 스티렌 및 콘쥬게이트된 디엔의 수소화된 공중합체, 또는 관능화된 그의 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질로 형성된 가스켓을 갖는 크라운 마개로 밀폐된 탄산음료 용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0.25mm 두께 미만의 금속으로 형성된 용기.
  3. 제1 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비틀어서 여는 크라운인 용기.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 1 내지 50중량%, 바람직하게는 2 내지 10중량%의 수소화된 공중합체를 포함하는 용기.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 수소화된 공중합체가 스티렌-에틸렌-부틸렌-스티렌 공중합체 및 스티렌-에틸렌-프로필렌-스티렌 공중합체로부터 선정되는 블록 공중합체인 용기.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 10 내지 60중량%의 부틸 고무를 포함하는 용기.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 임의의 수소화된 공중합체, 폴리스티렌 및/또는 에틸렌과 비닐알코올, 비닐아세테이트 또는 아크릴레이트와의 공중합체를 포함하고, 바람직하게는 부틸고무, 폴리부타디엔, 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 카르복시화 스티렌 부타디엔 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 스티렌-이소프렌-스티렌 공중합체, 에틸렌/프로필렌 고무 및 스티렌 부타디엔 스티렌 블록 공중합체로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 고무상 중합체를 85 내지 10% 포함하는 용기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 열가소성 물질이 올레핀 기체 중합체, 바람직하게는 에틸렌 중합체, 보다 바람직하게는 폴리에틸렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐알코올 및 에틸렌/비닐아세테이트 공중합체로부터 선정되는 중합체를 15 내지 90중량% 포함하는 용기.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 가스켓이 수소화된 공중합체 대 오일의 비가 1: 적어도 0.5, 바람직하게는 1:1 내지 1:5 범위로 되는 양의 오일을 포함하는 용기.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 음료가 1.0부피 이상, 바람직하게는 2.0부피 이상으로 탄산화되는 용기.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 음료가 맥주인 용기.
  12. 용기에 탄산음료를 넣은 다음, 스티렌 및 콘쥬게이트된 디엔의 공중합체, 또는 관능화된 유도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 물질로 형성된 가스켓을 갖는 크라운 마개를 사용하여 밀폐시키는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 크라운 마개가 제2항 또는 제3항에 정의된 바와 같거나 및/또는 가스켓이 제4항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 정의된 바와 같은 방법.
  14. 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 용기를 밀폐시킨 후, 열처리, 바람직하게는 파스퇴르 처리시키는 방법.
