Abstract

본 발명은 시이트용, 특히 자동차 시이트용 높이조절장치에 관한 것이다.
높이조절장치는 각각의 시이트에지의 영역에 연결된, 선회샤프트를 통해 쌍으로 서로 접속된 선회지지부에 의해 차량 바닥면에 대해 시이트부를 상승 및 하강시크는데 사용된다. 이 경우, 각각의 선회샤프트는 조절장치의 연결을 위한 작동레버에 연결된다.
지지부재를 형성하는 단 하나의 조절구동부로 로킹시키는 경우 높이조절장치의 강도를 높이기 위해, 한 시이트 넓은측면의 영역에 배치된 작동레버가 상부로 돌출한 2개의 선회지지부를 가진 선회샤프트에서 마찬가지로 상부로 돌출하며, 상기 작동레버는 상기 선회샤프트(13)의 축 중심위에 배치된 조절장치용 연결점을 가지는 한편, 다른 시이트 넓은 측면의 영역에 배치된 작동 레버는 상부로 돌출한 2개의 선회지지부를 가진 선회샤프트에서 하부로 돌출하고 상기 선회샤프트의 축 중심 아래 배치된 조절장치용 연결점을 가지며, 상기 조절장치는 서로 연결된 로드조절기의 작동레버로 형성된다.

제1도는 높이조절장치에 제1실시예를 나타낸, 시이트 내부면에서 제2도의 선 I-I을 따른 단면도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 높이조절장치의 조작 측면만을 도시한 절반 평면도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시된 것과 유사한 높이조절장치의 또다른 실시예, 제4도는 제3도에 도시된 높이조절장치에 대한 제2도와 유사한 절반 평면도, 제5도는 제3도에 도시된 높이조절장치를 시이트 전방 측면에서 바라본 정면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 시이트부가 각 시이트에지의 영역에서 연결된, 선회샤프트를 통해 서로 쌍으로 접속된 선회지지부에 의해 차량 바닥면에 대해 상승 및 하강 가능하며, 각각의 선회샤프트가 조절장치의 연결을 위한 작동레버에 연결되도록 구성된 시이트용, 특히 자동차 시이트용 높이조절장치에 있어서, 한 시이트 넓은 측면의 영역에 배치된 작동레버(19)가 상부로 돌출한 2개의 선회지지부(15)를 가진 선회샤프트(13)에서 마찬가지로 상부로 돌출하며, 상기 선회샤프트(13)의 축 중심위에 배치된 조절장치(21)용 연결점(23)을 가지는 한편, 다른 시이트 넓은 측면의 영역에 배치된 작동레버(20)는 상부로 돌출한 2개의 선회지지부(18)를 가진 선회샤프트(14)에서 하부로 돌출하고 상기 선회샤프트(14)의 축 중심 아래 배치된 조절장치(21)용 연결점(24)를 가지며, 상기 조절장치(21)는 서로 연결된 로드조절기(21)의 작동레버(19),(20)로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 로드조절기(22)가 단계적으로 수동으로 작동 로킹헤드를 가지며, 상기 로킹헤드(26)는 래칫(27)에 의해 시이트 하중보상스프링(28)의 힘에 대항해서 잠겨질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 한 시이트 넓은 측면의 영역에 배치된 작동레버(19)가 동시에 선회지지부(15)를 형성하며 조절장치(21)용 연결점(23) 외에, 측면이 시이트부 프레임(17)에 힌지 형태로 연결된 세그먼트레버(43)용 링크장소(42)를 가지고, 마찬가지로 시이트부 프레임(17)에 배치된, 작동가능한 로킹장치(46)가 세그먼트레버(43)를 고정시키며 필요에 따라 푸는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 세그먼트레버(43)가 스토퍼(48)에 의해 제한되는 톱니세그먼트(47)를 가지며, 스프링(56)에 의해 로킹방향으로 하중을 받는 잠금용 톱니캐취레버(50)가 상기 톱니세그먼트(47)내로 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 톱니캐취레버(50)는 작동샤프트(54)상에 고정된 브래킷(52)의 태핏(53)이 맞물리는 종방향 슬롯(51)을 가지며, 상기 작동샤프트는 비틀림스프링(56)에 의해 로킹방향으로 하중을 받는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  6. 제1항 및 제3항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로드조절기(22)는 시이트부를 무단으로 높이조절하기 위한 스핀들 구동부(62)로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 로드조절기(22)의 스핀들(64)이 한 단부에 나사선샤프트(65)를 그리고 다른 단부에 구동가능한 구동샤프트(63)를 가지며, 상기 구동샤프트(63)는 한 작동레버(19)의 연결점(23)에 회전 가능하지만 축방향으로 이동 불가능하게 지지되는 한편, 상기 나사선샤프트(65)는 다른 작동레버(20)에 선회 가능하지만 회전 불가능하게 고정된 스핀들너트(66)에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 로드조절기(22/62)의 스핀들(64)의 구동샤프트(63)가 회전 종동부상의 기어드 모터(60,61)의 출력부재(웜기어)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 기어드모터(60,61)가 모터고정 플레이트(58)에 고정되며, 상기 모터고정 플레이트(58)는 페그(59)에 의해 작동레버(19)를 형성하는 선회지지부(15)에 선회 가능하게 그리고 이것에 평행하게 간격을 두고 선회샤프트(13)에 고정된 보조레버(57)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  10. 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들(64)이 그것의 나사선샤프트(65)의 단부에 조절거리를 제한하는 스토퍼(70)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
  11. 제6항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 스핀들너트(66)가 슬리브(67)의 구성부분이며, 스핀들 구동부의 삽입상태에서 나사선샤프트(65)를 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시이트용 높이조절장치.
