Abstract

기존의 현가장치와 지오메트리 간섭을 일으키지 않으면서 롤 강도에 따라 용이하게 롤 억제 능력을 가변시킬 수 있도록 하여 롤을 효과적으로 억제시킬 수 있도록 중간부에 힌지부를 두고 둔각의 상태로 휠측과 상측으로 길게 돌출되는 수평부와 수직부가 일체로 형성되어 상기 서브 프레임에 힌지 피봇 고정되는 로워 컨트롤 아암과; 상기 로워 컨트롤 아암의 수직부 선단에 외측단이 피봇 연결되어 차체에 대하여 횡방향으로 배치되는 커넥팅 아암과; 중심부가 서브 프레임에 회전 가능하게 입설되는 마운트에 고정되어 평면에서 보았을 때, 좌우 회전이 가능하며, 그의 전후단이 상기 커넥팅 아암에 연결되는 탄성부재를 구비하여 구성되는 자동차의 앤티-롤 시스템.

Claims (3)

  1. 중간부에 힌지부(12a)(12b)를 두고 둔각의 상태로 휠측과 상측으로 길게 돌출되는 수평부(13a)(13b)와 수직부(14a)(14b)가 일체로 형성되어 상기 서브 프레임(1)에 힌지 피봇 고정되는 로워 컨트롤 아암(11a)(11b)과; 상기 로워 컨트롤 아암(11a)(11b)의 수직부(14a)(14b) 선단에 외측단이 피봇 연결되어 차체에 대하여 횡방향으로 배치되는 커넥팅 아암(15a)(15b)과; 중심부가 서브 프레임(1)에 회전 가능하게 입설되는 마운트(17)에 고정되어 평면에서 보았을 때, 좌우 회전이 가능하며, 그의 전후단이 상기 커넥팅 아암(15a)(15b)에 연결되는 탄성부재(16)를 구비하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 앤티-롤 시스템.
  2. 제l항에 있어서, 로워 컨트롤 아암(11a)(11b)의 수평부(13a)(13b) 길이(a)와 수직부(14a)(14b)의 길이(b)는 a<b가 되도록 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 앤티-롤 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성부재(16)를 판 스프링 부재로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 앤티-롤 시스템.
