Abstract

본 발명은 발포수지 의 심재 표면에 섬유보강된 열가소성 수지로 된 멀티레이어 보드를 접합하여 제조되는 복합 성형품 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
상기의 복합성형품은 원하는 형상으로 성형된 발포수지로 된 심재와 용적함유율로 30%이상, 85% 이하의 강화 섬유를 포함하는 프리그레그를 강화섬유의 방향을 바꾸어 여러매 겹쳐쌓아 그것들에 포함되는 열가소성 수지의 용융온도 이상으로 가열하여 프리프레그를 접착함과 동시에 내부에 포함된 공기를 제거하여 제조된 멀티레이어 보드로 된다.
이 복합 성형품을 제조할 때는 심재의 형상에 적합한 형상으로 성형하여 그 열가소성 수지의 용융온도 이상으로 가열된 멀티레이어 보드를 심재에 압착하여 일체화 한다.

Description

복합성형품 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 적층복합성형품 및 일예를 나타내는 사시도이고,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 적층복합성형품을 제조하는 과정에 있어서 가열·성형되어, 발포수지(發泡樹脂)로 된 심재(芯材)의 상하에 배치된 멀티레이어 보드를 나타내는 단면도이고,
제3도는 제2도에 나타낸 멀티레이어보드를 심재에 밀착시킨 후, 냉각고화시켜 일체화함으로써 얻어진 복합성형품의 단면도이고,
제4도는 제3도에 나타낸 복합성형품의 멀티레이어 보드와 심재의 접합부를 상세하게 나타내는 일부확대단면도이고,
제5도는 본 발명에 의해 제조된 제2실시예에 부분구조를 나타내는 일부 파단사시도이고,
제6도는 본 발명에 의해 얻어진 제3실시예의 부분구조를 나타내는 일부 파단사시도이고,
제7도는 본 발명에 따른 제4실시예의 구성을 나타내는 횡단면도이고,
제8도는 본 발명에 따른 제5실시예의 구성을 나타내는 횡단면도이고,
제9도는 제8도에 도시한 복합성형품을 제조하기 위해 심재의 상하에 멀티레이어 보드 및 가식재(加飾材)를 배치한 상태를 나타내는 설명도이고,
제10도는 본 발명에 따른 제6실시예의 구성을 나타내는 횡단면도이고,
제12도는 본 발명에 따른 범퍼빔을 상세하게 나타내는 일부파단사시도이고,
제14도는 범퍼빔의 시험방법을 나타내는 설명도이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 용적함유율이 30% 이상, 85% 이하의 강화섬유를 포함하는 프리프레그(prepreg)를 여러 매 층상으로 적층하고, 가열 압착하여 되며, 그 열가소성 수지가 용융상태에 있을 때 저압력에서 임의의 형상으로 변형시킬 수 있는 멀티레이어 보드를 그 열가소성 수지의 용융온도 이상으로 가열하여, 원하는 형상을 가진 열가소성 발포수지로 된 심재의 표면에 입착, 접합시킨 복합성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 멀티레이어 보드에 포함되는 수지와 심재를 형성하는 발포수지가 동일종류의 열가소성 수지인 복합성형품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 멀티레이어 보드에 포함된 강화섬유가 강화 유리섬유이며, 열가소성 수지가 폴리프로필렌 수지이며, 심재를 형성하는 수지가 폴리프로필렌 발포수지인 복합 성형품.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 범퍼빔으로 된 복합성형품.

  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상자모양 단면을 가지고 그 긴쪽 방향으로 뻗는 양 개구 가장자리에 각각 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 플랜지(71a, 71b)를 가지는 메인빔(71)과 메인빔(71)의 내부에 충전되는 발포수지로 되는 심재(73)와 심재(73) 및 메인빔(71)의 플랜지(71a, 71b)의 전면(前面)을 덮어 그것들과 일체로 접합된 프린트플레이트(72)로 된 범퍼빔.
  7. 상자모양 단면을 가지고 그 긴쪽 방향으로 뻗는 양 개구 가장자리에 각각 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 플랜지(71a, 71b)를 가진 메인빔(71)과 메인빔(71)의 내부에 충전되는 발포수지로 되는 심재(73)와 심재(73) 및 메인빔(71)의 내부에 충전되는 발포수지로 되는 심재(73)와, 심재(73) 및 메인빔(71)의 플랜지(71a, 71b)의 전면을 덮어 그것들과 일체로 접합된 프런트 플레이트(72)로 되며 1쌍의 범퍼스테이(74)를 개재하여 차체에 취부된 범퍼 시스템.
  8. 발포수지를 사용하여 원하는 외형을 가진 심재를 제조하는 공정과 용적함유율로 30% 이상, 85% 이하의 강화섬유를 포함하는 프리프레그를 강화섬유의 방향을 바꾸어 여러매 겹쳐 쌓고, 그것들에 포함된 열가소성수지의 용융온도 이상으로 가열하여 프리프레그를 상호에 접착함과 동시에 내부에 포함되어 있는 공기를 제거하여 멀티레이어 보드를 제조하는 공정과 멀티레이어 보드를 그 열 가소성 수지의 용융온도 이상으로 가열하여 심재의 형상으로 적합한 형상으로 성형가공하는 공정과 상기의 공정에 의해 원하는 형상으로 성형된 멀티레이어 보드를 심재의 주위에 배치하여, 원하는 부위에 접촉시켜 낮은 압력에서 심재에 압착하고, 접합하여 일체화시키는 공정과, 심재와 멀티레이어 보드로 된 복합성형품을 냉각하여 수지를 경화시키는 공정으로 이루어진 복합성형품을 제조하는 방법.
