Abstract
본 발명은 A. 열 분해성 온-함유 화합물을 열 휘발성 용매에 용해시켜 불포화 용액을 형성하는 단계; B. 불활성 운반 가스내에 분산된 상기 단계 A 용액의 미세소적으로 필수적으로 구성되는 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계〔소적 농도는 응집에 의해 소적 농도가 10% 감소되는 농도이하이다〕; C. 에어로졸을 은 화합물의 분해 온도보다 놓으나 은의 용융 온도보다 낮은 작동온도로 가열하여 (1) 용매를 휘발시키고, (2)은 화합물을 분쇄시켜 순수한 은의 미세 입자를 형성하고, (3)은 입자를 치밀화시키는 단계; 및D. 운반 가스, 반응 부산물 및 용매 휘발 산물로 부터 은 입자를 분리시키는 단계를 순서대로 포함하는 미세 은 입자의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명을 예시하는 시험 장치의 개요도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 의해 제조된 은 입자의 X-선회절 패턴이다.
Claims (5)
- A. 열 분해성 은-함유 화합물을 열 휘발성 용매에 용해시켜 불포화 용액을 형성하는 단계; B. 불활성 운반 가스중에 분산된 상기 단계 A 용액의 미세 소적으로 필수적으로 구성되는 에어로졸을 형성하는 단계〔이때, 소적 농도는 응집에 의해 소적 농도가 10% 감소된는 농도이하이다〕; C. 상기 단계 B)의 에어로졸을 은 화합물의 분해 온도보다는 높으나 은의 융점 보다는 낮은 작동온도로 가열하여 (1)용매를 휘발시키고, (2) 은 화합물을 분해시켜 순수한 은의 미세 입자를 형성하고, (3) 은 입자를 치밀화시키는 단계; 및D. 운반가스, 반응 부산물 및 용매 휘발 산물로부터 상기 단계 C)의 은 입자를 분리 시키는 일련의 단계를 포함하는 미세 은 입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운반 가스가 N2이고, 에어로졸을 적어도 600℃온도까지 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 운반 가스가 공기이고, 에어로졸을 적어도 900℃온도까지 가열하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 은·함유 화합물이 AgNO3인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열 휘발성 용매가 탈이온수인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
