Abstract

본 발명은 작업케이지용 현수장치에 관헌 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 작업케이지용 형수장치는 암과, 암의 선단부에 수평방향으로 선회가능하게 장착된 선회함과, 암의 선단부의 선회함의 장착위치보다 후방에 수평방향회전 가능하게 방착된 제2의시브로 이루어진다 제1및제2의시브는 지름이 같고, 상하방햐으로 최소한 2단의 와이어로프계합홈을 가지 다. 또한 제1의 시브와 제2시브를 통해 조출 및 권취과 행해지는 최소한 2개의 작업케이수 현수용와이어로프를 구비하고, 선회암의 회전중심과 제1의 시브 및 제2시브의 각 회전중심과 사이의 거리는 등거리이다. 이와 같은 구성에 의해 와이어로프가 꼬이거나 각 와이어로프의 길이의 불균형에 의해 작어케이자 기울어질 염려가 없다.

Claims (3)

  1. 암과 상기 암의 선단부에 수평방향으로 선회가능하게 장착된 선회암과, 상기 암의 선단부의 상기 선회암의 장착위치보다 후방에 수평 방향으로 회전가능하게 장착되어 상하·방향으로 최소한 2단의 와이어로프 계합홈을 가지구 제1의 시브차. 상기 선회암에 있어서. 그 회전중심보다 전방에 수평방항으로 회전가능하게 장차되어. 상하방향으로 최소한2단의 와이어로프계합홈을 가지고, 상기 제1의 시브와 지름이 같은 제2의시브와. 상기 암의 기부측에 설치되어 와이어로즈를 권취 및 조출하는 와이어로프권취기와, 일단이 상기 와이어로프권취기에 고정되고, 또한 상기 제1의 시브와 상기 제2의 시브를 통해 조출 및 권취가 행해지고, 타단이 상기 작압 케이지에 고정되며, 또한 상기 제1의 시브와 상기 2의 시브를 통해 조출 및 권취가 행해지는 최소한 2개의 작업케이지현수용 와이어로프를 구비하고, 상기 와이어로프는 상기 제1의 시브와 상기 제2의 시브와 사이에서 교차하고, 또한 상기 선회암의 회전중심과 상기 제1의 시브 및 상기 제2의 시브의 각 회전중심과의 사이의 거리를 등거리로 되도록 상기 선회암, 상기 제1의 시브 및 상기 제2의 시부가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업케이지용 현수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 상기 않은 대차의 상부에 장착되고. 상기 권취기는 상기 대차내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업케이지용 현수장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 시브 및 상기 제2의 시브는 각각 4단의 와이어로프계합홈을 가지고, 상기 암의 1개만 장비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업케이지용 현수장치.
