Abstract

본 발명은 조리시간을 자동설정하도록한 가열조리기에 있어서, 조리개시후 미리 설정된 일정시간후에 간단히 피가열조리물의 량에 따라 적정한 조리시간을 설정할 수 있게한 것으로, 제외회로(16)는 조리개시초기와 조리개시후의 소정시간 경과 시점(8분 경과시점)에서 각각 초기온도 Xa 및 도중온도 Xb를 검출하고, 그들의 온도차 Y에 기초해 조리시간 T를 결정한다, 따라서 항상 조리개시후 미리 설정된 일정시간에 조리시간 T를 결정할수 있다. 또 기초온도 Xa와 소정시간후의 도중 온도 Xb와의 온도차 Y를 관측함으로써, 기온상태가 매우 높거나 낮은 경우와 반복조리의 경우처럼 조리초기온도가 통상 상태에서 많이 벗어나고 있는 경우에 있어서도, 피가열조리물량에 적합한 조리시간 T

Claims (2)

  1. 조리실내에 수용된 피가열조리물을 가열하는 히터와, 상기 조리실내의 온도를 검출하는 온도센서와, 조리개시초기에 상기 온도센서에 의해 초기 온도를 검출하는 동시에 소정시간후에 도중온도를 검출하는 온도검출 제어수단과, 이 온도 검출제어수단에 의해 검출한 초기온도와 도중 온도와의 온도차에 기초해 조리시간을 결정하는 조리시간 결정수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 조리시간 결정수단은 온도검출 제어수단에 의해 검출한 초기온도와 도중 온도와의 온도차와, 초기온도에 기초해 결정된 기본 온도차를 비교해 조리시간을 결정하게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열조리기.
