Abstract

공작 기계, 특히 드릴 및 밀링 머신을 수치적으로 제어하는 컴퓨터화된 공작기계는 공작물(41)을 지지하기 위한 작업대(2,3)와, 공작물을 가공하기 위한 하나이상의 공구조립체(10,11,26)와, 공구조립체(10,11,26)와 공작물(41)간의 위치를 설정함과 아울러 그들을 종방향 및 횡방향으로 상대운동시킬 수 있도록 배치된 이송겸 안내수단(8,9:24,25:27,43)을 구비한다. 상기 작업대(2,3)는 2개의 부분으로 이루어지고, 상기 공구조립체(10,11,26)는 작업대(2,3)사이의 횡방향 중앙공간(4)내에서 안내수단(8,9:24,25)위에 배치되어 있다. 추가로, 공작물(41)을 파지하여 이송하기 위한 수단(30,44:27,43)은 상기 횡방향 중앙공간(4)의 양쪽에 배치되고, 상기 파지이송수단(30,44:27,43)은 공작물(41)을 교대로 연속해서 이송할 수 있도록 배열되고, 이송방향에서 보았을때 앞쪽에 위치한 전방이송수단(44)은 공작물(41)이 후방이송수단(30)에 의해 적절한 인계위치로 이송되었을때 그 공작물(41)을 인계받을 수 있도록 배치된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 공작물(41)을 지지하기 위한 작업대(2,3)와, 공작물을 가공하기 위한 하나이상의 공구조립체(10,11,26)와, 공구조립체(10,11,26)와 공작물(41)간의 위치를 설정함과 아울러 그들을 종방향 및 횡방향으로 상대 운동시킬 수 있도록 배치된 이송 겸 안내수단(8,9:24,25:27,23)을 구비한 공작기계에 있어서, 상기 작업대(2,3)는 2개의 부분으로 이루어지고, 상기 공구조립체(10,11,26)는 작업대(2,3) 사이의 횡방향 중앙공간(4)의 양쪽에는 공작물(41)을 파지하여 이송하기 위한 수단(30,44:27,43)이 위치하고, 상기 파지겸 이송수단(30,44:27,43)은 공작물(41)을 교대로 연속해서 이송할 수 있도록 배열되고, 이송방향에서 보았을때 앞쪽에 위치한 전방이송수단(44)은 공작물(41)이 후방이송수단에 의해 적절한 인계위치로 이송되었을때 그 공작물(41)을 인계받을 수 있도록 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 파지수단(30:44)이 횡방향 중앙공간(4)의 각 측면에서 공작물(41)의 각 측면에서 공작물(41)의 이송 방향에 관계없이 운동할 수 있도록 이송 겸 안내수단(27:43)을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공작물(41)의 상면과 하면에 관련된 공구조립체(10,11:26)을 갖는 가이드수단(8,9:24,25)이 작업대(2,3) 사이의 중앙 영역(4)에 공작물의 상면, 하면, 네방향 측면 가장자리로 부터 공작물을 가공할 수 있도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 각기2개의 파지수단(30,44)은 그것의 활성화되지 않은 상태에서 파지수단을 통하여 공작물의 이송을 허용할 수 있도록 공작물(41)의 종방향으로 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 항에 있어서, 각 파지수단(30,44)은 작업대(2,3)의 횡방향내에 있는 상측 및 하측 그리핑 핑거 홀더(33,45:34,46)와 종방향내에 있는 다수의 그리핑 핑거 홀더(37,38:47,48)을 포함하는데, 상기 하측 그리핑 핑거 홀더(38,48)가 작업대(2,3)를 만드는 상호 평행 리드(rod)(39,50)간의 각 중앙공간에서 움직일 수 있도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 상측 그리핑 핑거(37)는 그 하부면에 파지된 공작물(41,42)의 상측을 가압하도록 되어 있는 완충수단(40)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  7. 상기 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 각 파지수단(30,44)를 위한 이송 겸 안내수단은 각 펄스 전송기를 작동하기 위해 배치된 이송 슬라이드(27,43)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 이송 겸 안내수단은 공통 펄스 전송기를 작동하기 위해 배치된 각각의 이송 슬라이드(27,43)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
  9. 상기 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상부 및 하부 안내 롤러(5,52:53.54)의 적어도 일 결함쌍이 상기 작업대(2,3)간의 중앙 공간(4)내에 공작물(41)의 안정한 지지를 위해서 상기 영역내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계.
