Abstract
본 발명은 유압굴삭기, 유압크레인등과 같이 원동기의 회전력에 의해 구동되는 유압펌프의 토출유량 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 유압펌프의 토출유량에 의해 작동되는 유압 엑츄에이터를 구비한 유압기계 장치에 있어서, 원동기에 과부하가 걸리지 않고 원동기의 출력을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 펌프토출량을 제어하고, 또한 고부하 영역에서도 운전자의 조작성이 양호해지도록 조작신호에 따른 펌프의 출력 유량을 최적으로 제어하는 유압펌프의 토출유량 제어장치에 관한 것이다.

유압펌프의 토출유량 제어장치
제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타낸 펌프출력 제어장치의 유압회로도, 제2도는 본 발명의 레귤레이터의 상세도를 나타낸 유압회로도, 제3도는 본 발명인 콘트롤러의 내부구조를 나타낸 개략도.

Claims (5)
- 연료분사장치의 연료분사량에 의하여 회전력을 얻는 원동기와 상기 원동기의 회전력에 의하여 구동되는 최소한 한개 이상의 가변용량형 유압펌프와 운전자의 조작량을 특정신호로 바꾸어 출력하는 조작수단과 상기 유압펌프의 토출유량에 의하여 작용되는 복수개의 액튜에이터와 상기 조작수단의 조작신호에 따라서 상기 유압펌프로부터 상기 액튜에이터에 전달되는 압유의 흐름방향과 흐름양을 조절하는 복수의 유량 제어밸브로 구성된 유압기계장치에 있어서 상기 원동기의 출력마려 크기를 선택하는 출력선택수단과 상기 가변용량형 유압펌프의 사판경전각을 조절하여 토출유량을 변화시키는 역할을 하는 레귤레이터와 입력 전기량에 비례하여 파이롯트유압을 발생시켜 상기 레귤레이터를 조절하는 전자비례감압밸브와 상기 가변용량형 유압펌프의 토출압력을 검출하는 제1검출수단과 상기 구성요소들을 총체적으로 제어하는 전자식 컨트롤러로 구성된 전자 유압제어장치로써 상기 조작수단으로부터 받아들인 조작신호를 조합하여 입력요구유량을 연산하는 제1연산수단과 상기 출력선택수단의 선택치 및 제1검출수단으로부터 읽어들인 압력치로부터 유압펌프의 최대토출가능유량을 연산하는 제2연산 수단과 상기 입력 요구유량과 최대토출가능유량을 비교하는 비교수단과 입력요구유량이 최대토출가능유량보다 클 경우에는 최대토출가능유량을 펌프물력유량값으로 하는 제2선택수단과 상기 펌프출력유량값을 상기 전자비례감압밸브로 출력하여 유압펌프의 토출유량을 제어하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프토출유량제어장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1연산수단은 제1검출수단에서 검출한 펌프의 부하압력 및 출력선택수단에서 선택된 출력선도에 따라 조작수단의 조작량과 펌프요구유량과의 특성선도 즉 요구유량게수가 연산, 선택되고 이 요구유량게수에서 조작수단의 조작량 따라 펌프요구유량을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프토출유량제어장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 원동기의 실제회전수를 검출하는 제2검출 수단을 구비하고 있어서, 상기 제2연산수단은 목표회전수와 실회전수와의 편차를 구하여 상기 출력선택수단의 마력선택치 및 상기 압력센서로부터 읽어들인 펌프압력치에서의 보상유량을 연산하고, 이 보상유량에 의해 유압펌프의 최대토출가능유량을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프토출유량 제어장치.
- 청구범위 제2항에 있어서, 제1검출수단을 사용하지 않고, 대신에 상기 액튜에이터들의 작동속도(또는 위치)를 검출하는 복수의 제3검출수단을 구비하고 있어서, 상기 제2연산수단은, 제3검출수단으로부터의 작동 속도를 검출수단으로부터의 작동속도를 검출하여 각 액튜에이터의 작동 유량을 연산하고, 다시 작동유량에 근거하여 유압펌프의 총토출유량을 연산하고, 제2검출수단으로부터 원동기의 목표회전수와 실회전수와의 편차를 구하여 상기 출력선택수단의 마력선택치를 기준하여 보상유량을 연산하고, 이 보상 유량에 의하여 유압펌프의 최대토출가능유량을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프토출유량제어장치.
- 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 펌프최대토출가능유량의 크기를 선택하는 제3의 선택수단이 있어서, 제3의 선택수단에 의하여 선택된 최대토출유량 크기에 따라 조작수단의 조작량과 펌프요구유량과의 특성선도 즉, 요구유량계수사 연산, 선택되고 이 요구유량계수에서 조작수단의 조작량에 따라 펌프요구유량을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프토출유량 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
