제1도는 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 40%이고 결정화도가 0%인 분말 당질의 분말 X선 회절도형.
제2도는 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 45%이고 결정화도가 11%인 분말 당질의 분말 X선 회절도형.
제3도는 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48%이고 결정화도가 19%인 분만 당질의 분말 X선 회절도형.

Claims (10)

  1. 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 올리고당류를 함유하고 있는 파노오스 고함유 당질로서 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 결정화도가 19%이상인 분말 당질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 주회절각(2θ)이 16.4°, 18.2°, 18.5°및 20.8°인 분말 당질.
  3. 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 올리고당류를 함유하고 있는 파노오스 고함유 당질의 고농도 용액에 씨 결정을 함유시켜 파노오스를 결정화하여 매키스트를 생성시키고, 수득한 매스키트를 분말화하여 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 결정화도가 19%이상인 분말 당질을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 분말 당질의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 파노오스 함유 당질의 고농도 용액의 농도가 약 70∼95w/w%의 범위내인 분말 당질의 제조방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 파노오스 고함유 당질의 고농도 용액은, 파노오스를 함유하는 외에 기타 단당류 및 올리고당류를 함유하는 당질 용액을 강산성 양이온 교환 수지를 사용하는 칼럼 크로마토그래피 처리하여 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 올리고당류를 함유하는 파노오스 고함유 분획물을 채취하고 이것을 농축한 것임을 특징으로 하는 분말 당질의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 분말 당질은 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 주회절각(2θ)이 16.4°, 18.2°, 18.5°및 20.8°인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 당질의 제조방법.
  7. 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 기타 올리고당류를 함유하고 있는 파노오스 고함유 당질로서 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 결정화도가 19%이상인 분말 당질을 경구투여가 가능한 제품에 첨가하여 단계를 포함하는 음식물 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 음식물이 혼합 감미료인 것을 특징으로 하는 음식물 제조방법.
  9. 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 기타 올리고당류를 함유하고 있는 파노오스 고함유 당질로서 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 결정화도가 19%이상인 분말 당질을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체에 함유시키는 단계를 포함하는 약제학적 조성물 제조방법.
  10. 파노오스 함량이 고형물당 48∼93w/w%인 것외에 기타 올리고당류를 함유하고 있는 파노오스 고함유 당질로서 분말 X선 회절법에 의한 결정화도가 19%이상인 분말 당질을 화장품용 담체에 함유시키는 단계를 포함하는 화장품 조성물 제조방법.
