Claims (12)

  1. 액체 윤화성 후처리제가(1) 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리올, (2) 하기 일반식중 하나를 갖는 폴리올을 선형 또는 분지쇄에 6개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방산과 반응시켜 수득된 수용성 에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르, (3) 하기 일반식을 갖는 폴리올을 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜 수득된 글리콜로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 가공공정에 윤활성을 제공하고, 상당한 계면활성을 나타낼 만큼 많은 친유성 치환체를 갖고 있지 않은 액체 윤활성 후처리제를 압출된 폴리올레핀-함유 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 표면에 적용한 후, 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 기계적으로 가공함을 포함하는 윤활성 및 대전방지 성질을 개선시키기 위한 소수성 폴리올레핀-함유섬유의 표면처리 방법.
    상기 식에서, R은 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬그룹이고, m은 0 내지 3이며, n은 0 내지 4이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 상기 그룹(1)의 폴리올을 선형 또는 분지쇄에 6개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방산과 반응시켜 수득된 수용성 에스테르 또는 폴리에스테르임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 상기 그룹(1)의 폴리올을 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜 수득된 글리콜임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 6개 이하의 탄소원자를 갖는 1개의 에스테르 그룹에 의해 캡핑된 상기 그룹(1)의 폴리올을 에틸렌 옥사이드와 반응시켜 수득된 글리콜임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 글리세롤, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로필렌 글리콜, 네오펜틸 글리콜, 트리메틸올에탄, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨 또는 솔비톨임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜(POE글리콜) 400, POE 글리콜 2000, POE(10) 글리세롤, POE(20) 솔비톨, 폴리에킬렌 글리콜(PEG) 600 디아세테이트 또는 POE(10) 또는 솔비톨 디프로피오네이트임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 상기 그룹(1)의 폴리올을 에틸렌 옥사이드 및 약 20% 이하의 프로필렌 옥사이드의 혼합물과 반응시켜 수득된 블록 또는 랜덤형 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 평균 분자량 1000을 갖는 90/10 부틸-캡핑된 EO/PO 중합체임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 후처리제가 하기 일반식(1) 내지(4)로 정의된 부류에 속하는, 낮거나 또는 한정된 계면활성을 갖는 수용성 화합물을 포함함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 각각 수소, 또는 CH3- 및 C4H9-를 포함하여 1 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 그룹이고, R1, R2, R3및 R4는 개벼적으로 수소, 또는 CH3CO- 내지 CH2(CH2)4CO-, CH3-O-, CH3(CH2)5-O-를 포함하여 직쇄 또는 분지된 저 분자량 아실 또는 알콕시로 정의되며, m은 0 내지 3이고, n은 0 내지 4이며, o는 2 내지 50이고, p는 2 내지 50이며, q는 1 내지 10이고, p/q는 적어도 4이다.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 대전 방지제로서 하기 일반식을 갖는 중화된 인산 에스테르를 섬유에 적용함을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서 Alk는 개별적으로 부틴 또는 옥틸과 같은, 1 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬, 바람직하게는 4 내지 8개의 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬을 포함하여 저급 알킬 그룹으로 정의되며, Rv는 아미노그룹 또는 알칼리 금속이고, s 및 t는 개별적으로 약 1이하의 양수이며, 합은 약 3이다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지제가 모르폴린-중화된 인산 에스테르임을 또한 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 소수성의 압출된 폴리올레핀-함유 섬유 또는 필라멘트를 기계적으로 가공하기 전에 상기 섬유 또는 필라멘트의 표면을 처리하여 소수성을 별로 감소시키지 않으면서 가공 공정에 윤활성을 제공하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 액체 윤활성 후처리제의 용도.
