Claims (5)

  1. C3-C20의 탄화수소를 300-1000℃ 및 10-1000hr-1WHSV의 조건하에서 0.1-10중량퍼센트의 인을 함유하는 스팀 활성화된 ZSM-5로 구성된 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법으로 이루어지는 3 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 가지는 탄화수소로부터의 C2-C5의 올레핀 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-5가 1-3중량퍼센트의 인을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 올레핀의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-5가 상기 촉매중에 1-50중량퍼센트만큼 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 올레핀의 제조방법.
  4. 상기 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-5가 다른 촉매 성분들과 결합되기 전에 인으로 미리 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 올레핀의 제조방법.
  5. 상기 선행하는 항들중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 ZSM-5가 500-700℃, 1-5기압의 스팀으로 1 내지 48시간 동안 스팀활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 올레핀의 제조방법.
