Claims (7)
- 하기 식 Ⅰ의 히드록시아미드 화합물을 제조하는 공정에 있어서, 하기식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 임의로 촉매 존재하에 주위온도에서 200℃까지의 온도범위에서 하기 식 Ⅲ의 화합물로 처리하고, 상기 식 Ⅰ산물이 결정화하여 슬러리를 형성하도록 온도를 조절하고, 약 0.25~12시간 동안 온도조절 및 교반으로 상기 슬러리를 유지한 후, 상기 히드록시아미드 화합물을 분리시킴을 특징으로하는 공정.단, 상기 식에서 A는 결합, 다가 유리래디컬이거나, n'가 0일때 A는 수소이거나 혹은 일가유기래디컬이며 ; R'은 수소, 저급알킬 혹은 히드록시저급알킬이며 ; n은 1~10의 정수이고 ; n'는 0~2의 정수이다.단, 상기 식에서 A, n 및 n'는 앞에서 정의한 바와 같다.단, 상기 식에서 R1,R2,n 및 n'는 앞에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 1항에 있어서, A는 결합, 수소이거나, 혹은 포화되었거나 불포화된 알킬, 아릴, 카복시 저급알케닐 혹은 저급 알콕시카보닐 저급 알케닐에서 선택된 일가 혹은 다가 유기래디컬이며; R1은 수소, 저급알킬, 혹은 히드록시 저급 알킬이며; n'은 1 혹은 2의 정수이며, n'는 특정 반응 온도에서 0~2의 정수임을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리의 온도 조절은 약 25℃~200℃로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리의 온도 조절은 약 80°~115℃로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 슬러리는 약 1~3시간 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시아미드 화합물은 편상화(fiaking), 프릴링(prilling), 분사건조(spray drying) 혹은 케스팅(casting)에 의해 고화(固化)됨을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 2항에 있어서, 상기 A는 (C2-C8) 알키렌이며; R1은 히드록시 저급알킬이며, n및 n'는 1임을 특징으로 하는 공정.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
