Claims (13)
- 미생물의 고유한 니틀릴라제효소의 작용에 의해 니트릴화합물을 그에 상응하는 유기산으로 전환시켜서 유기산을 제조하는데 있어서, 상기 효소는 락탐화합물의 존재하에 미생물 균주인 로도코커스를 배양시켜서 얻어진 효소를 사용하여서 되는 유기산의 생물학적 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물 균주인 로도코커스는 로드코커스 로도크로스의 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 로도코커스 로도크로스는 Rh. 로도크로스 J-1, FERM BP-1478 및 Rh. 로드크로스 ATCC 33278로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제3항에 잇어서, 로도코커스 로도크로스는 Rh. 로드크로스 J-1, FERM BP-1478인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 로도코커스는 로도코커스 sp. NCIB 11215 및 로도코커스 sp. NCIB 11216으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 락탐화합물은 4 내지 6의 탄소원자를 갖는 고리분자간 아미드의 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 락탐화합물의 양은 미생물 균주인 로도코커스가 배양되는 배지에 대하여 0.05 내지 2.0w/v%의 범위로 하여서 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 화합물은 지방족, 방향족 모노니트릴 및 디니트릴로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 화합물은 2 내지 6의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 모노니트릴 및 디니트릴로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 화합물은 아크릴로니틀리로 하여서 되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 화합물은 방향족 핵속에 4 내지 10의 탄소원자를 갖는 방향족 모노니트릴 및 디니트릴로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택하여서 되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 화합물은 다음 구조식〔Ⅰ〕4 내지〔Ⅶ〕로 이루어진 그룹에서 방향족 니틀리로 하여서 되는 방법.상기식에서, R1과R2는 각각 H, CH3, OH, OCH3, OC2H5, CI, F, CN, NH2또는 NO2이다.상기식에서 X는 S 또는 0이다.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 니트릴은 상기 구조식〔Ⅰ〕의 시아노 피리딘으로 하여서 되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
