Claims (5)
- 코리네박테륨속 또는 브레비박테륨속에 속하고, a) L-발린 생산능력이 있고, b) 초산을 유일 탄소원으로 하는 배지에서 L-발린에 대한 내성이 있으며, c) 글루코스를 유일탄소원으로 하는 배지에서 피루브산에 대해 감수성을 나타내는 미생물을 배지중에서 배양물중에 L-발린을 생성축적될 때까지 배양하고, 이 배양물로부터 L-발린을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 L-발린 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이, 코리네박테륨 글루타미쿰 또는 브레비 박테륨 락토퍼멘텀중에 속하는 것이 특징인 L-발린 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이, 코리네박테륨 글루타미쿰 AV1(FERM BP-3006) 또는 브레비박테륨 락토퍼멘템 AV11(FERM BP-3007)인 것이 특징인 L-발린 제조방법.
- 코리네 박테륨 글루타미쿰 AV1(FERM BP-3006)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.
- 브레비박테륨 락토퍼멘템 AV11(FERM BP-3007)의 생물학적으로 순수한 배양물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
