Claims (5)

  1. 에페리손, 그의 염, 톨페리손 또는 그의 염의 약리학적 유효량, 물에 의해 팽창하는 교차결합된 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 기제로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피투여되는 약학적 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에페리손, 그의 염 , 톨페리손 또는 그의 염을 0.05 내지 30중량%, 물에 의해 팽창하는 교차결합 될 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 0.5 내지 20중량% 그리고 기제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈이 N-비닐-2-피롤리돈과 N-비닐-2-피롤리돈의 0.1 내지 20중량%의 다관능성 단량체와의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에페리손, 그의 염, 톨페리손 또는 그의 염 0.05 내지 30중량%, 물에의해 팽창하는 교차결합된 폴리비닐 피롤리돈 0.5 내지 20중량%, 기제 및 10중량%까지의 경피흡수 증진제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에페리손, 그의 염, 톨페리손 및 그의 염은 각각의 포화용해도 이상 함유되고, 기제에 미세결정상으로 분산되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 약학적 조성물.
