Claims (13)

  1. 빛을 조명하는 하나 이상의 비임 생성 수단과, 상기 비임 렌즈 수단을 통과하도록 상기 비임 생성 수단 위에 위치된 렌즈 수단을 포함하는데, 상기 렌즈 수단은 내부 렌즈, 외부 렌즈와, 상기 내부와 외부 렌즈 사이에 제공되고 상기 내부 렌즈 둘레로 연장되는 후드를 구비하고, 상기 내부 렌즈와 상기 후드는 광전달 가능한 수지로 서로 힘께 일체로 형성되고, 상기 후드는 빛을 차단하도록 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비임 생성 수단이 고 비임 포물선 반사경과 저 비임 타원 반사경, 상기 반사경내에 위치된 라이트 전구, 상기 저 비임 타원 반사경의 전방에 위치된 집광 렌즈, 저 비임 타원 반사경의 전면 단부에 상기 집광 렌즈를 장착시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 집광 렌즈의 상기 내부 렌즈 전방내에 구멍이 형성되는 것을 특징을 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 구멍 둘레의 상기 내부 렌즈에 고정된 외부 단부와, 상기 저 비임 타원 반사경의 위치 설정 조정을 시키도록 하는 집광 렌즈를 장착하기 위한 상기 수단과 상기 집광 렌즈와 상기 보호기의 상기 내부 단부 사이에 제공된 갭을 포함하며, 상기 집광 렌즈는 상기 보호기의내부 단부내로 돌출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 보호기는 축에 대해 보다 적고 큰 직경으로 경사지게 절단한 절두원추형과 같은 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 내부 렌즈의 내면과 포물선 반사경의 정면단부 사이에 갭이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부 렌즈는 적은 곡률반경의 쉭으로 중앙 굽힘부를 갖는데, 상기 굽힘부는 위치상 상기 집광 렌즈와 일치하며 상기 집광 렌즈의 색 수차를 수정하기 위한 렌즈로써 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 헤드라이트 본체도 포함하며, 외부 렌즈의 후방단부는 상기 헤드라이트 본체의 전방 외부단부 둘레에 형성된 밀봉 홈내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 외부 렌즈의 후방 단부는 가늘고 커브져 형성되어 있으며, 밀봉체는 상기 홈내의 상기 후방 단부를 밀봉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 외부 렌즈는 이들과 함께 일체형으로 형성된 핀을 갖는데, 상기 핀은 헤드라이트 본체에 대하여 렌즈 수단을 정확히 위치시키기 위해서 헤드라이트 본체내에 형성된 홀내에 수용되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드 라이트.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 홀은 상기 밀봉 홈 외측에 형성된 상기 헤드라이트본체내의 돌출부내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 렌즈는 외부 렌즈에 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 렌즈는 나사에 의해 상기 외부 렌즈에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 헤드라이트.
