Claims (3)
- 등온 사출 성형 방법에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 주형 공동을 갖는 사출 성형 장치를 제공하는 단계와, 사용될 성형 물질의 열변형 온도보다 더 높은 온도로 상기 적어도 하나의 주형 공동을 가열하는 단계와, 용융된 성형 물질을 상기 적어도 하나의 주형 공동속으로 사출하는 단계와, 상기 적어도 하나의 주형 공동을 상기 열 변형 온도와 같거나 또는 그 이하의 온도로 냉각하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등온 사출 성형 방법.
- 반도체 장치를 피복하기 위한 등온 사출 성형 방법에 있어서, 서로 연결된 복수개의 주형 공동과 복수개의 런너로 연결된 매니폴드를 갖는 사출 성형 장치를 제공하는 단계와, 사용될 성형 물질의 열 변형 온도보다 더 높은 온도로 상기 사출 성형 장치를 가열하는 단계와, 용융된 열가소성 성형 물질을 상기 복수개의 주형 공동속으로 사출하는 단계와, 상기 성형 물질의 열 변형 온도와 같거나 또는 그 이하의 온도로 상기 사출 성형 장치를 냉각하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 등온 사출 성형 방법.
- 반도체 장치를 피복하는 방법에 있어서. 서로 연결된 복수개의 주형 공동과 복수개의 런너로 연결된 매니폴드를 갖는 사출 성형 장치를 제공하는 단계와, 피복되기 전의 반도체 장치를 상기 복수개의 주형 공동 내부에 위치시키는 단계와, 사용될 피복 물질의 용융 온도의 근처로 상기 사출 성형 장치를 가열하는 단계와, 용융된 열가소성 피복 물질을 6894 KPa(1000 Psi)이하의 압력에서 상기 복수개의 주형 공동속으로 사출하는 단계와, 상기 피복 물질의 열 변형 온도와 같거나 또는 그 이하의 온도로 상기 사출 성형 장치를 냉각하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
