제1도는 본 발명의 연속로드형 모울딩의 성형방법을 도시한 계통도.
Claims (13)
- 섬유강화 열가소성수지로 형성된 코어와 이코어를 보호하기 위해 예정된 치수로 형성된 열가소성 외부면 수지를 구성원으로 하는 연속로드형 모울딩에 있어서, 입구에서는 상기 모울딩의 초기직경보다 약간 크나 출구에서는 상기 모울딩의 초기직경보다 약간 작은 가열다이의 통로내에 상기 모울딩을 주입하고; 상기 통로를 통해 모울딩을 통과시켜 외부표피의 일부를 제거하므로써 외부표피의 일부열가소성 수지를 가소화시키고; 열가소성수지를 고용화하기 위해 가열다이로부터 연신직후 모울딩을 냉각시키므로써 통로 출구의 직경과 같은 직경을 갖는 생성물을 제조하는 단계로 구성되어 연속로드형 모울딩을 성형하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성수지는 상기 코어와 상기 외부표피사이의 접합경계면에서 가소화됨이 없이 상기 외부표피의 외부면 일부에서만 가소화되고, 상기 모울딩은 상기 접합경계면의 영향을 받지않고 상기 통로를 통해 통과되는 성형방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부표피의 외부면 일부인 열가소성수지가 연화된 성형방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가열다이는 예열다이와 성형다이로 구성되는데, 예열다이는 상기 외부표피인 열가소성수지의 용융점보다더 높은 온도에서 유지되며, 상기 외부표피의 외부면 일부는 상기 접합경계면을 연화시킴이없이 상기 예열다이의 통로를 통해 일정속도로 상기 모울딩을 통과시키므로써 연화되는 성형방법.
- 섬유강화 열가소성수지로 형성된 코어와 이코어를 보호하기위해 예정된 치수로 형성된 열가소성 외부면 수지를 구성원으로 하는 연속로두형 모울딩에 있어서, 통로와 유출구로 형성돤 다이가 구비되있으며, 상기 통로의 직경은 입구에서는 모울딩의 초기직경보다 약간크고 출구에서는 모울딩의 초기직경보다 약간작으며, 상기 통로의 입구와 출구사이에 유출구가 형성되어 상기 통로를 다이의 외부면과 연결시키고, 가열기는 다이의 일부를 외부표면인 열가소성수지의 용융점보다 높은 온도로 유지해주고; 열가소성수지를 냉각 및 고용화시키는 수단이 상기 통로의 출구부근에 있는다 이 외부에 배열되어 연속로드형 모울딩을 성형하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 다이는 예열다이와 성형다이로 구성되는데 상기 예열다이가 상기 열가소성수지의 용융점보다 높은 온도에서 유지되는 성형장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 예열다이의 통로직경은 모울딩의 초기 직경보다 약간크나 성형다이의 통로직경을 모울딩의 초기직경 보다 약간 작으며 유출구는 예열다이와 성형다이의 접합점에 형성된 성형장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 성형다이의 통로가 통로입구에서 외부방향으로 테이퍼식으로 형성된 성형장치.
- 재6항에 있어서, 상기 성형다이가 1차 성형다이와 2차 성형다이로 더욱 구성되는데 예열다이, 1차 및 2차 성형다이는 각각의 온도에서 무관하게 유지되고 상기 1차 성형다이의 온도는 상기 예열다이 및 2차 성형다이의 온도보다 낮은온도에서 유지된 성형장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 예열다이의 통로직경은 대략적으로 1차 성형다이의 통로직경보다 약간크고 2차 성형다이의 통로 직경은 모울딩의 초기직경보다 약간 작으며 유출구 각각은 상기 예열다이, 1차 성형다이 및 2차 성형다이의 접합점에 형성된 성형장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 통로가 각각 상기 1차 성형다이 및 2차 성형다이의 입구들에서 외부방향으로 테이퍼식으로 형성된 성형장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 가열절연체층들이 상기 예열다이, 1차 성형다이 및 2차 성형다이 각각에 개재되며 온도탐지수단이 상기 다이들 각각에 설치되어 무관하게 온도를 제어하는 성형장치.
- 제12항에 있어서, 온도탐지용수단이 열전대를 구성하는 성형장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
