Claims (13)

  1. 히드로실란화 촉매존재하에 적어도 두개의 ≡SiH기를 함유하는 (a)환식 폴리실록산 또는 사면체 실록시실란과 (b)폴리엔 고리상에 비방향족의, 비접합된 탄소-탄소 이중결합이 적어도 두개가 있는 다호나식 폴리엔을 반응시켜 화합물 (a) 및 (b)중 적어도 하나는 두개 이상의 반응성 부위를 갖는 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 다환식 폴리엔의 고리상에 비방향성의, 비접합된 탄소-탄소 이중결합; 환식 폴리실록산 또는 사면체 실록산(a)의 ≡SiH 기의 비는 적어도 1.8:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 환식 폴리실록산 또는 사면체 실록 시실란은 테트라메틸시클로테트라실록시옥시안, 펜타메틸시클로펜타실록산, 헥사메틸시클로헥사실록산, 테트라에틸시클로테트라실록산, 시클로데트라실록산, 테트라페닐시클로테트라실록산, 테트라옥틸 시클로테트라실록산, 또는 헥사메틸테트 라시클로 실록산을 함유하는 환식 폴리실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물의 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 환식 폴리실록산은 테트라-, 펜타-, 또는 헥사메틸시클로테트라실록산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 환식 폴리실록산 또는 사면체 실록시 실란은 테트라키스디메틸 실록시실란, 테트라키스디페닐실록시실란, 또는 테트라키스디에틸실록시실란을 함유하는 사면체 실록시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 전항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다환식 폴리엔은 시클로펜타디엔 소중합체 디메타노헥사히드로 나프탈렌, 바이시클로 헵타디엔 또는 시클로펜타디엔을 갖는 바이시클로헵타디엔의 디엘즈-알더(diels-alder)소중합체 또는 이들의 치환된 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다환식 폴리엔은 디시클로펜타디엔, 트리시클로 펜타디엔, 바이시클로헵타디엔, 또는 디메타노헥사히드로 나프탈렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 전항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 다환식 폴리엔(b)고리의 탄소-탄소 이중결합; (a)의 ≡SiH기의 비는 1.8-5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 탄소-탄소 이중결합; ≡SiH기의 비는 2.2:1-약5:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 전 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물은 (c)인 부가의 폴리실록산, 부가의 사면체 실록시실란 또는 선형의 단쇄 SiH말단 폴리실록산과 혼합되며, 다환식 폴리엔(b)의 고리상의 비 방향족의, 비접합된 탄소-탄소 이중결합; 혼합물을 형성하기 위해 가해진 환식 폴리실록산 또는 사면체 실록시실란(a) 및 환식 폴리실록산, 사면체 실록시실란 또는 선형의 단쇄 ≡SiH 말단 폴리실록산(c)에서의 ≡SiH전체수의 비는 0.4:1-1.7:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물의 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 선형의 단쇄 ≡SiH 말단 폴리실록산은 하기식(III)을 지니며, 상기 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물과 혼합된 단쇄 ≡SiH말단 폴리실록산 양은 예중합체 조성물에 가해진 폴리실록산 및 실록시실란의 10-50중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서 n은 0-1000, R은 알킬 또는 아릴이다.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 비방향족의, 비접합된 탄소-탄소 이중결합; ≡SiH기의 전체수의 전체비는 0.8:1-1.3:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 하이드로실란화 촉매존재하에 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물을 경화시켜 열경화성 오르가노 실리콘 중합체를 제조하는데 있어서 전항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물을 사용하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 열경화성 오르가노실리콘 중합체를 만들기 위해 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물을 성형하는데 있어서 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물을 섬유존재하에 주형내에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하여 제1항내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 따른 방법으로 만든 오르가노실리콘 예중합체 조성물을 사용하는 방법.
