Claims (7)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염:
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자, 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 5내지 25개탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기이고, R2는 수소원자, 페닐기 또는 임의로 치환된 1내지10개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이며, 또 R3은 수소원자, 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 할로겐 원자 히드록시기, 아미노기, 1내지 5개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬아미노기, 2내지 10탄소원자를 갖는 디알킬아미노기, 카르바모일기, 1내지 5개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬카르보닐아미노기, 1내지 5개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬티오기, 메르캅토기, 1내지 5개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬 카르보닐옥시기 또는 아미노카르보닐옥시기에 의해 치환된 알킬기인 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 10내지 16개 탄소 원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 10내지 16개 탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기인 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R2가 수소원자, 페닐기 또는 임의로 치환된 1내지 4개 탄소원자를 갖는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬기인 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R3이 수소원자인 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R3이 10내지 16개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 10내지 16개 탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기인 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염.
  7. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)으로 표시되는 치료유효량의 피롤카르복시산 유도체 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 그의 염을 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 또는 희석제와 함께 포함하는, 과지방혈증 및/또는 동맥 경하증을 치료하기 위한 약제 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 수소원자, 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기이고, R3는 수소원자, 페닐기 또는 임의로 치환된 1내지 10개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기이며, 또 R3은 수소원자, 5내지 25개 탄소원자를 갖는 알킬기 또는 5내지 2개 탄소원자를 갖는 알켄일기임.
