Claims (4)

  1. 하기를 특징으로 하는 그것을 통하여 용강이 흐르는 내공을 2축선에 따라 갖는 용강 주입 노즐, 상기 내공을 형성하는 이 용강 주엽노즐의 내측부분의 적어도 일부는 본질적으로 하기 내화물로 형성되어 있다.
    큐빅 지르코니아 및 칼슘 지르코네이트로된 지르코니아 콜링커 40-85wt.% 단, 상기 지르코니아 클링커속의 산화칼슘의 함유량은 이 지르코니아 클링커 100중량%에 대하여 3-35중량%의 범위내에 있다.
    흑연 10-30wt.% 및 하기 군에서 선택한 하나 이상의 성분 실리카 1-15wt.% 및 마그네시아 1-15wt.%.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용강 주입노즐의 전체가 내화물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강 주입노즐.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 내공을 형성하는 용강 주입노즐의 내측부분이 내화물로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용강 주입노즐.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 지르코니아 클링커의 평균 입자의 직경은 44㎛이하이고, 흑연의 평균입자직경은 500㎛이하이고 그리고 실리카 및 마그네시아의 평균 입자의 직경은 20㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 용강 주입노즐.
