Claims (15)
- 운반체 매트릭스가 폴리비닐 알코올-피복된 유리로 구성되는 녹을수 있게 함침된 시약을 갖는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리가 섬유형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 유리섬유가 플리스로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리가 0.5 내지 20중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 제4항에 있어서, 유리가 1 내지 10중량%의 폴리비닐 알코올로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시약이 단백질을 함유하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 상기 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시약이 β-갈락토시다제를 함유하는 운반체 매트릭스.
- 실질적으로 상기 설명하고 예시한 바와같은 제1항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스.
- 유리가 폴리비닐 알코올로 피복되고, 피복된 유리가 시약으로 함침되고, 임의로 건조함을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스의 제조방법.
- 유리섬유가 폴리비닐 알코올의 부가와 더불어 과량의 물에 슬러리화되고, 페이퍼 제조에 유용한 방법에 따라 여기에 층을 형성하고, 증가된 온도에서 건조시키고, 층을 시약용액으로 함침시키고, 임으로 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 제2 또는 제3항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스의 제조방법.
- 실질적으로 상기 설명하고, 예시한 바와같은 제1항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스의 제조방법.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 제1항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스.
- 녹을수 있게 함침된 시약을 위한 운반체로서 폴리비닐 알코올-피복된 유리의 사용.
- 효소학적 및/또는 면역학적 활성물질이 시약으로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제13항에 따른 폴리비닐 알코올-피복된 유리의 사용.
- 시험장치에 제1항에 따른 운반체 매트릭스의 사용 및 시료성분들의 결정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
