제3도는 제1광학체의 설명도이며, 그 도면의 (a)는 외관사시도, 그 도면의 (b)는 평면도, 그 도면의 (c)는 (b)에서의 c-c선 단면도, 그 도면의 (d)는 (b)에서의 d-d선 단면도.
제4도는 제2광학체의 설명도이며, 그 도면의 (a)는 외관사시도, 그 도면의 (b)는 평면도.
제5도는 종래의 평면 설명도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 발광소자와 수광소자와의 사이의 공간을 통과하는 피검출체를 검출하는 검지장치로서, 이 검지장치를, 투광렌즈부 및 수광렌즈부간에 제1반사부를 형성한 제1광학체와, 제2반사부를 가지며, 상기 제1광학체와 대향하여 피검출체가 통과하는 공간을 형성하는 제2광학체와, 상기 투광렌즈부를 통해서 빛을 상기 제2반사부로 방사하는 발광소자와, 상기 수광렌즈부를 통하여 입사하는 빛에 따라서 전기 신호로 변환하는 수광소자와, 발광소자 및 수광소자를 갖춘 구동제어 회로를 광체에 일체로 설치하여서 된것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 투광렌즈부, 수광렌즈부, 및 이러한 사이에 설치되는 제1반사부를 갖는 제1광학체는 투명 수지재로서 일체로 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2반사부를 갖춘 제2광학체는 투명 수지재로서 일체로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 투광렌즈부는 발명소자로 부터의 빛을 입사하는 제1투광렌즈와 입사한 빛을 제2반사부로 방사하는 제2투광렌즈로서 구성됨과 동시에 제1투광렌즈는 비구면의 볼록렌즈로 하고 제2투광렌즈는 비구면의 원통렌즈로 한것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수광렌즈부는 수광소자로 빛을 집광하는 제1수광렌즈와 제2반사부로 부터의 입사광을 수광하는 제2수광렌즈로 구성함과 동시에 제1수광렌즈는 비구면의 볼록렌즈로 하고, 제2수광렌즈는 비구면의 원통렌즈로 한것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 제1반사부는 구면 또는 원통면의 볼록면경으로 구성함과 동시에 경면은 진공증착 도금막으로 형성한것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제2반사부는 오목면 반사경으로 구성함과 동시에 경면은 진공증착 도금막으로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 포토다이오드의 광반사 스펙트럼을 이용한 물체의 검지장치.
