제25도는 각각 본 발명에 의한 포우커스 오차 검출장치에 쓰는 복합렌즈의 예를 표시한 단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 복합렌즈와 그 복합렌즈의 후방에 대향하여 배치된 광검출기를 보유하고, 상기 복합렌즈는 그 복합렌즈에 대한 입사광의 광축을 포함하는 계평면에서 2분된 한쌍의 렌즈영역으로부터 이루어지고 그 한쌍의 렌즈영역은 상호 다른 후측 초점거리가 있음과 함께 그 한쌍의 렌즈영역의 각 광축은 이간케되어 상기 복합렌즈에 대한 입사광이 포우커스 상태에 있는때의 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역으로부터의 각 출사광의 각 집속점의 상기 입사광의 광축상에 있어서의 중간위치에 그 광검출면이 위치토록 상기 광검출기를 배치함과 함께, 그 광검출기는 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역중의 제1렌즈영역의 상기 계평면에 대한 외측 및 내측을 각각 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제1 및 제2의 광검출소자와, 상기 한쌍의 렌즈영역중의 제2의 렌즈영역의 상기 계평면에 대한 외측 및 내측을 각각 통과하는 각 출사광을 수광하는 제3 및 제4의 광검출소자로부터 구성되고, 상기 제1 및 제4의 광검출소자에서의 제1 및 제4의 광검출신호의 합과 상기 제2 및 제3의 광검출소자에서의 제2 및 제3의 광검출신호의 합과의 차에서 포우커스 오차신호를 얻도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 포우커스 오차 검출장치.
