제1도, 제3도 및 제5도는 사용된 접착제 조성물내의 중합체의 클로린 함량 및 산출된 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무 및 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유 코드내에 이룩된 접착력간의 관계를 도시한 그래프,
제2도, 제4도 및 제6도는 클로린 함유 중합체 대 폴리 이소시아네이트, 방향족 폴리니트로소 화합물 및 폴리에폭시 화합물 각각의 중량비와 얻어진 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무 및 방향족 폴리아미드

Claims (8)

  1. 일차 단계는 섬유를 폴리이소시아네이트, 에폭시 화합물 및 실란 커플링제로 구성된 군에서 선택된 활성화제로 처리하고 ; 이차 단계는 상기 섬유를 레조르시놀/포르말린/라텍스 용액중에 침잠시키고 ; 삼차 단계는 상기 섬유를 (a)조성물에 대해 1-90중량%의 중합체와 (b) 10-99중량%의 폴리이소시아네이트, 방향족 폴리니트로소 화합물 또는 폴리에폭시 화합물로 구성되며 상기 중합체에 대해 25-70중량%의 할로겐을 포함하는 접착제 조성물로 처리하며 ; 사차 단계는 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무와 상기 섬유를 가깝게 접촉시켜 섬유와 함께 고무를 황화시키는 단계로 구성된 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무에 섬유를 결합시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합체는 클로린화된 고무, 폴리 비닐 클로라이드 클로로프렌 고무 또는 클로로설폰화된 폴리에틸렌 고무인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 라텍스는 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 카르복실화된 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 스티렌/부타디엔 고무 라텍스, 비닐피리딘 고무 라텍스, 클로로프렌 고무 라텍스 또는 클로로설폰화된 폴리에틸렌 고무 라텍스인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 레조르시놀/포르말린/라텍스 용액은 레조르시놀 및 포르말린을 1/3-3/1의 몰비로 포함하고 라텍스와 레조르시놀/포르말린은 고체상태의 라텍스 대 레조르시놀/포르말린의 비가 10/1-1/3의 건조 중량비로 포함되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무는 80-99%의 수소첨가비를 갖는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수소첨가된 니트릴 고무는 배합 믹스 형태인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유는 면, 레이온, 폴리비닐 알코올 섬유, 방향족 폴리아미드 섬유, 지방족 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리 에스테르 섬유, 지방족 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리 에스테르 섬유, 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유는 섬유 코드 형태인 방법.
