Claims (11)
1) 적어도 하나의 에틸렌 불포화 단량체, 2) 적어도 하나의 에폭시 단량체, 3) 폴리우레탄 전구체, 4) 적어도 하나의 에틸렌 불포화 단량체와 폴리우레탄 전구체, 5) 적어도 하나의 에틸렌 불포화 단량체와 적어도 하나의 에폭시 단량체로 구성된 군중의 하나로부터 선택된 중합 전구체, 및 유기 금속염 및 오늄염을 포함하는 2성분 경화제로 구성되어 있으며, 선택적으로 유효양의 광개시제로 더욱 구성되는 중합성 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 전구체가 적어도 하나의 폴리이소시아테이트 및 적어도 하나의 폴리올 또는 적어도 2개의 이소시아테이트-반응기를 지닌 이외의 이소시아네이트-반응기인 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 2성분 경화제가 상기 중합 조성물중에 0.01 -20중량% 범위의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속염을 가진 조성물:

상기 식에서, M은 상기 구조식(Ⅰ)이 모노-또는 비메탈 양이온을 가진 유기 금속염은 나타낸다는 조건하에 , 주기표(ⅣB), (ⅤB), (ⅥB), (ⅦB) 및 (ⅧB) 족의 원소로 부터 선택되는 금속 원자이며;1은 치환 및 비치환 비사이클 및 사이클 불포화 화합물 및 군, 그리고 치환 비치환 카르보사이클 방향족 및 헤테로 사이클 방향족 화합물로 부터 선택된 동일하거나, 다른 리간드일 수 있는 파이(Pi)-전자를 제공하는 0,1,2 또는 3개의 리간드를 나타내며, 여기서, 각각의 리간드는 원자껍질 M에 2 내지 12개의 파이 전자를 제공할 수 있으며, L2는 모노-, 디-, 및 트리-덴테이트(dentate) 리간드로부터 선택된 동일하거나 다른 짝수의 시그마-전자를 제공하는 0 또는 1-6개의 리간드이며, 여기서, 각각의 리간드는 원자껍질 M에 2,4 또는 6개의 시그마 전자를 기여하며; L3는 치환 및 비치환 비사이클 및 사이클 불포화 화합물 및 군, 그리고 치환 및 비치환 카르보사이클 방향족 및 헤테로 사이클 방향족 화합물로부터 선택된 동일하거나, 다른 리간드 일수 있는 파이-전자를 제공하는 0,1 또는 2개의 가교 리간드이며, 여기서, 각각의 리간드는 두개의 금속원자껍질 M에 동시에 4 내지 24개의 파이-전자를 제공하는 가교 리간드로서 작용할 수 있으며 ; L+는 리간드 L1, L2, L3및 L4에 의해 M에 제공된 전체의 전자 전하 +b와 M상에서의 이온전하 생성물로 인하여 양이온에 잔류의 양전하 e를 띠게 한다는 조건하에, 모노-, 디- 및 트리-던테이트 리간드로부터 선택된 동일하거나 다른 짝수의 시그마 전자를 제공하는 0,1,2 또는 3의 가교 리간드이며, 각각의 리간드는 두개의 금속원자 껍질 M에 동시에 2,4 또는 6개의 시그마-전자를 제공하며 ; b는 1 또는 2의 값을 가진 정수이며 ; e는 양이온의 잔류 전자전하인 1 또는 2의 값을 가진 정수이며 ; x는 유기설포네이트 음이온, 및 금속 또는 준금속의 할로겐 함유 착음 이온으로부터 선택되는 음이온이며 ; f는 양이온상에서 양전하 e를 증성화시키는데 필요하는 음이온수인 1 또는 2의 정수이다.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 오늄염이 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)를 가지는 조성물;

상기식에서, A는 요오도늄, 설포늄, 또는 디아조늄 양이온이고, Y는 유기 설포네이트, 또는 할로겐-함유 금속 또는 메탈로이드이다.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속염이 (에타6-메시틸렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에틸) 철(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-메시틸렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐) 철(1+)헥사플루오로포스페이트, (에타6-나프탈렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐) 철(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트, (에타6-나프탈렌)(에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)철(1+)헥사플루오로포스페이트, (에타5-시클로펜타디에닐)디카르보닐 트리페닐포스핀 철(1+)헥사플루오로포스페이트, 및 (에타5-시클로펜타니 에닐)디카르보닐 트리페닐포스핀 철(1+)헥사플루오로안티모네이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 오늄염은 Ph가 페닐인 적어도 하나의 Ph2I+PF6 -, Ph2I+hSbF6 -, Ph2I+AsF6 -, Ph2I+SbF5(OH)-, Ph2S+PF6 -, Ph3S+SbF6 -, Ph3S+AsF6 -, PhSC6H4SPh2 +SBF6 -, 및 Ph3S+SbF5(OH)-인 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 불포화 단량체가 아크릴레이트, 아크릴 아미드 비닐 화합물, 및 2반응 단량체로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
제1항에 따른 경화 조성물.
a) 제9항에 따른 중합 조성물을 제공하고, b) 중합화를 수행하기 위하여 상기 조성물에 에너지를 중합화하거나 또는 첨가하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
제9항에 있어서, 상기 에너지가 적어도 하나의 전자기 조사, 촉진입자, 및 열에너지인 방법.
제9항에 있어서, 상기 중합화가 조사를 수반하는 제1단계 및 열경화를 수반하는 제2단계인 두개의 단계로 수행되는 방법.
