Claims (20)

  1. 동체(drum)로 구성되는 냉동기에 있어서, 동체내에서 실린더가 있고, 실린더 외부면과 동체내부면 사이에 존재하는 공간을 통해 산소를 순환시키는 팬(fan)이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동체에는 안쪽으로 연장되어 상기 실린더에 연결되어 있는 핀이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 액체크리오겐(cryogen, 藥劑)을 상기 실린더의 내부로 유입하는 장치가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팬은 크리오겐을 상기 실린더내로 유입한 뒤 이것을 실린더의 외부면과 동체의 내부면 사이 공간으로 보내도록 배치된 방사형 흐름팬인 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동체는 동체의 말단벽으로부터 내부를 향해 돌출된 출구를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 냉동기가 생성물을 기다리는 동안, 크리오겐은 -30℃ 내지 -40℃에서 상기 냉동기가 생성물을 냉동하는 동안 크리오겐은 -40℃이하에서 냉동기를 떠나며, 상기 냉동기를 떠남으로서 냉동기에 대한 크리오겐의 흐름을 조절하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  7. 냉각회전동체의 외부에 생성물을 유입시키는 단계로 구성되는 생성물 냉동방법에 있어서, 상기 냉각회전 동체는 제1항에서 정의한 냉동기의 일부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생성물 냉동방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 생성물이 유입된 바로 윗부분에 존재하는 상기 동체의 표면온도는 -30℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 생성물을 냉동하는 방법은 액체크리오겐을 유입하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 생성물이 냉동되는 동안 상기 크리오겐은 -40℃ 내지 -120℃의 온도에서 배기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 팬은 5m/s 이상의 선형속도하에서 동체의 내부와 실린더의 외부사이에 존재하는 공간내로 크리오겐을 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 냉동기는 액체질소에 의해 냉각되며 액체질소는 상기 동체의 외부면 냉각이 100-140w/m2℃의 속도에서 얻어질 수 있도록 유입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제7항에 있어서, 크리오겐의 흐름은 조절되어 생성물이 동체에 공급되지 않을시 배기온도는 -30℃ 내지 -40℃이며, 생성물이 상기 동체중에서 냉동시 -40℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 거의 수평축으로 회전을 하는 동체로 구성되어 액체 및 페이스티 생성물을 냉동하는 냉동기에 있어서, 상기 냉동기는 상기 동체의 외부면상에 생성물의 방울들을 공급하는 장치를 지니며, 상기 동체는 이러한 방물들의 응집을 억제하는 장치를 지니는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 방울들의 응집을 억제하기 위한 상기 장치는 상기 동체의 주변에 있는 하나 또는 그 이상의 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동기.
  16. 상기 생성물을 동체의 냉각표면에 공급하는 단계, 상기 생성물을 냉동하는 단계 및 상기 냉각면으로부터 냉동생성물을 제거하는 단계등으로 구성되어 액체 및 페이스티 생성물을 냉동하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 생성물은 방울들의 형태로 상기 면에 공급되며, 상기 동체에는 상기 방울들의 응집을 억제하는 장치가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 및 페이스티 생성물을 냉동하는 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방울들은 0.02-0.2cc의 평균체적을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 방울들은 생성물의 적어도 98%방울들이 개개의 입자로 냉동될 수 있는 비율로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 생성물은 상기 냉각면으로부터 분리되기전에 -17℃이하의 평균온도로 냉각되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 냉각면에서 1mm 아래의 온도는 상기 생성물이 냉각면과 접촉하는 동안 -20℃보다 높지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
