Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)또는(Ⅱ)의 화합물.상기식에서, n은 0,1 또는 2이고; R1및 R2는 서로 독립해서 수소 또는 메틸이며; R3및 R4는 서로 독립해서 수소, C1-C4알킬, 페닐, 티엔일이거나 또는 1 또는2개의 C1-C8알킬기, 시클로헥실, 페닐 C7-C9페닐알킬, 히드록실, C1-C18알콕시 또는 할로겐에 의하여 치환된 페닐이고; R5및 R6은 서로 독립해서 수소, C1-C4알킬, 페닐, -COO(C1-C18알킬), -CO-CH3또는 -CO-페닐이며; R7은 수소, C1-C8알킬이거나 또는 -C0-R11, -CO-C00(C1-C4알킬), -S02-R12, -CON(R13)(R14), -Si(R15)(R16)(R17) 또는기 중의 하나이고; R8및 R9는 서로 독립해서 수소, C1-C12알킬, C7-C9페닐알킬, C5-C8시클로알킬 또는 페닐이며; R10은 수소, -OR7또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 기이고; 이때, M은 직접 결합, -O-,-S-,-S-S-, -CH2-, CH(C1-C8알킬)-또는 -C(CH3)2-이고; R11은 C1-C20알킬, C3-C20알켄일, C5-C12시클로알킬, C7-C13페닐알킬 또는 C6-C10알릴이며; R12는 C1-C12알릴 또는 C7-C24알킬아릴이고; R13은 수소, C1-C12알킬 또는 시클로헥실이며; R14는 C1-C12알킬,C6-C10, C1-C12알킬 치환된 C6-C10아릴 또는 시클로헥실이거나; 또는 R13및 R14가 N원자와 함께 합쳐져서 5- 또는 6-원 포화 헤테로시클릭 고리를 형성하며; R15, R16및 R17은 서로 독립해서 C1-C12알킬, C3-C12알켄일, 페닐, 시클로헥실 또는 벤질이고; T는 고리를 완성하여 티안 고리를 형성하는 3가 기로서, 다음기(이때, R18은 수소, C1-C12알킬, 벤질, 시클로헥실 또는 페닐이고 또 R19는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬임)중의 하나이며; Z은 T와 페놀 라디칼간의 2가 결합원으로, T에 결합되는 카르보닐기인 다음 기 또는중의 하나이며; 이때, R20은 C1-C14알킬렌;R21은 수소, C1-C12알킬, 페닐, C7-C9페닐알킬 또는 일반식(Ⅳ)기이고; 또 R22는 기-0(C1-C4알킬) 또는 일반식(Ⅴ)의 기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 0 또는 2이고; R1및 R2가 수소 또는 메틸이며; R3및 R4가 서로 독립해서 메틸, 페닐, 티엔일이거나 또는 1 또는 2개의 C1-C4알킬기, 시클로헥실기, 히드록실, C1-C4알콕시 또는 염소에 의하여 치환된 페닐이고; R5및 R6가 서로 독립해서 수소, -C00(C1-C4알킬)또는 -C0CH3이며;R7은 수소 또는 기-CO-R11, CO-C00(C1-C4알킬), Si(C03)3또는이고; R8및 R9가 서로 독립해서 C1-C8알킬, C7-C9페닐알킬, 시클로헥실 또는 페닐이며; R10은 수소, -OR7또는 일반식(Ⅲ)의 기(이때, M은 -S-, -CH2-, -CO(C1-C4알킬)또는 -C(CH3)2-임)이고; R11은 C1-C12알킬 또는 페닐이며; T는 다음의 3가기중의 하나(이때, R19는 C1-C4알킬임)이고; 또 Z는 T에 결합되는 카르보닐기인 다음의 2가 기 또는중의 하나이며, 이때 R20은 C1-C14알킬렌; R21은C1-C8알킬, 벤질 또는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 기이고 또 R22는 기 -O(C1-C4알킬)또는 일반식(Ⅴ)의 기인 일반식(Ⅰ)또는(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 0 또는 2이고, R1및 R2가 수소 또는 메틸이고; R3및 R4가 메틸, 페닐, 티엔일이거나 또는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 히드록실 또는 염소에 의하여 치환된 페닐이며; R5및 R6이 수소이고; R7은 수소 또는 기이며; R6및 R9는 서로 독립해서 수소, C1-C4알킬, 시클로헥실 또는 페닐이고; R10은 수소이며; T는 다음의 3가 기(이때, R19는 C1-C4알킬임)중의 하나이고; 또 Z는 T에 결합되는 카르보닐기인 다음의 2가 기 또는중의 하나이며, 이때 R20은 C1-C8알킬렌, R21은 C1-C8알킬, 벤질 또는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 기이고 또 R22는 -O(C1-C4알킬) 또는 일반식(Ⅰ) 및 (Ⅱ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1,R2,R5및 R6이 수소이고 또 기타 기호는 제1항에서 정의된 바와같은 일반식(Ⅰ)또는(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, n이 0인 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 3-〔3-(3,5-디-3급부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오닐옥시메틸〕-3-에틸-8,10-디페닐-1,5-디옥시-9-티아스피로〔5,5〕운데칸 화합물.
- 칼러사진 기록 재료에 대한 안정화제로서 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물의 용도.
- 제8항에 있어서, 칼러사진 기록 재료의 황색층에 대한 안정화제로서의 용도.
- 적어도 1개층내에 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)의 화합물을 안정화제로서 적어도 1개 합유하는 칼러사진 기록 재료.
