제 1도는 본 발명에 따른 발광 Eu2+활성 바륨-헥사-알루미산염을 구비하는 발광 스크린을 지닌 저압 수은 증기 방전 램프 도시도. 제 2도는 본 발명에 따르는 Eu2+ 활성 바륨-헥사-알루미산염의 발산의 스펙트럼 에너지 분포도.

Claims (4)

  1. β'-알루미나의 결정 구조를 주로 갖는 발광 Eu2+활성 바륨-헥사-알루미산염에 있어서, 알루미산염은 분자식
    (X-P)BaO.pEuO.(6-0.67X)Al2O3
    으로 규정되는데, 0.90≤X≤1.22와 0.005≤P≤0.25 이며 BaO의 1 내지 20mol%는 산화물 CaO 및 0.67Li2O중 하나로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 Eu2+활성 바륨-헥사-알루미산염.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 1.05≤X≤1.20와 BaO의 5 내지 10mol%는 CaO 및 0.67Li2O로 치환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 활성 바륨-헥사-알루미산염.
  3. 지지부 상에 제공된 발광 층을 갖는 발광 스크린에 있어서, 제 1 및 2항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 발광 알루미산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광 스크린.
  4. 제 3항에 청구된 발광 스크린과 더불어 제공된 저압 수은 증기 방전램프.
