Claims (8)

  1. 가수분해에 대해 안정성을 가지고 분말형태로된 고체의 유기아인산염을 부여하는 방법에 있어서, 50㎛ 내지 1mm의 입자크기를 가지는 전술한 아인산염의 분말을 유기 아인산염에 대해서 분자내에 최소한 두 개의 알콕시 그룹을 포함하는 실란을 0.1 내지 10 중량 %의 양으로 처리하고, 그리고 실란의 가수분해와 그리고 분말 입자의 표면에서 실리콘 고분자의 형성과 석출이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체 유기아인산염의 부여방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 아민산염 분말을 실란과 이 실란을 가수분해하는 소요되는 양과 최소한 같은 양이 물을 포함하는 비활성 유기용매에 현탁하고, 이 현탁액을 실온 (20-25℃)에서 10 내지 120분간 교반하고 유기용매를 증발해내고, 이렇게 수득한 분말을 100 내지 140℃온도에서 10분 내지 12시간의 시간 동안 감압하에서 조작하여 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 비활성 유기용매를 핵산과 헵탄에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 아인산염 분말에 실란을 분무하고, 이 방법을 실온에서 실시하고 이렇게 처리한 분말을 감압하에서 100 내지 140℃온도에서 30분 내지 12시간 동안 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 아민산염이 대략 100℃보다 높은 융점을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 유기 아인산염을 비스(2,4-디-tert-부틸페닐)펜타에리트리롤 이아인산염 ; 디스테아릴 펜타에리트리롤 이아인산염 및 트리스(2,4-디-tert-부틸페닐)아인산염에서 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 실란이 비닐 트리에톡시 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 재지 제7항의 방법에 따라 수득한, 가수분해에 대해 안정화된 유기 아민산염.
