제1도는 본원 발명의 실시예에 의한 자동차용 공기조화장치 및 그 제어시스템의 전체 구성을 나타낸 약도. 제1a도 및 제1b도는 각각 제1도중의 A 및 B 화살표 방향에서 본 제1도의 실시예의 히터유닛 약도.
제2도는 제1도의 실시예의 히터유닛을 나타낸 사시도. 제3a도 내지 제7b도는 제1도의 실시예의 공기 조화장치에 있어서의 각 모드마다 공기의 흐름을 나타낸 약도.

Claims (4)

  1. 공기 흡입구 및 분출구를 갖추고 이 공기흡입구 및 분출구 사이에 통풍로를 형성하는 케이싱과, 공기를 상기 공기흡입구로 부터 상기 케이싱 내로 흡입해서 상기 분출구로 부터 송출하기 위한 송풍수단과 흡입된 공기를 가열하기 위해서 상기 케이싱의 상기 통풍로 내에 설치된 가열수단과, 상기 가열수단을 지나는 공기와 우회하는 공기의 양을 조정하기 위한 에어믹스 도어수단을 가지며, 상기 가열수단은 이를 지난 온풍과 우회한 냉풍을 혼합해서 조화공기를 얻는 동시에 온풍과 냉풍과의 혼합비율을 변경하여 조화공기의 온도를 제어하며, 상기 케이싱내의 통풍로를 공기의 흐름방향으로 간막이해서 냉풍가열통로 및 냉풍전용통로가 형성되며, 상기 가열통로에는 상기 가열수단 및 에어믹스 도어수단이 설치되고, 또한 상기 냉풍전용통로는 냉풍을 직접 인도하도록 상기 분출구에 접속되며, 상기 냉풍전용통로를 개폐하기 위한 도어수단이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉풍전용 통로를 개폐하기 위한 도어수단이 상기 냉풍전용통로의 입구에 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉풍가열 통로는 이 통로의 상기 분출구 상류측 부분에 설치된 냉풍과 온풍과의 혼합을 촉진하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 냉풍과 온풍과의 혼합을 촉진하는 수단은 스로틀판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 공기조화장치.
