Claims (4)

  1. a) 일반식(II)의 화합물을 일반식(III)의 황일리드와 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 생성시킨 후, 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 일반식(V)의 화합물과 반응시키고 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 유리염기 또는 산부가염 또는 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능하며 허용 가능한 유도체 형태로 분리시키거나, b) 일반식(II)의 화합물을 일반식(III)을 황일리드와 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 생성시킨 후, 이 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 분리시키지 않은채 반응 혼합물에 일반식(V)의 화합물을 가함으로써, 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키고, 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 유리염기 또는 산부가염 또는 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능하며 허용 가능한 유도체 형태로 분리시키거나, c) 일반식(VI)의 화합물을 일반식(IIIa)의 황 일리드 2당량과 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 생성시킨 후, 이 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 분리시키지 않은채 반응 혼합물에 일반식(V)의 화합물을 가함으로써, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키고, 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 유리염기 또는 산부가염 또는 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능하며 허용가능한 유도체 형태로 분리시키거나, d) 일반식(VI)의 화합물을 일반식(IIIa)의 황일리드 1당량과 반응시켜 일반식(II)의 화합물을 생성시킨 후 이 일반식(II) 화합물을 반리시키지 않은채 일반식(IIIb)의 황 일리드 1당량과 반응시켜 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 생성시킨후, 이 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 분리시키지 않은채 반응 혼합물에 일반식(V)의 화합물을 가함 으로써, 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 일반식(I)의 화합물로 전환시키고, 생성된 일반식(I)의 화합물을 유리염기 또는 산부가염 또는 생리학적으로 가수분해 가능하며 허용가능한 유도체 형태로 분리시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염과 에스테르 및 이의 입체 이성체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, A는 CH 또는 N을 나타내고, R1및 R2는 같거나 다르며, 각각 페닐, 비페닐, 펜옥시페닐, 벤질페닐, 벤질옥시페닐, 나프틸, 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 피리딜을 나타내며, 여기에서 환은 비치환되거나, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, 1 내지 9개의 불소 또는 염소원자로 치환되거나 비치환된 직쇄 또는 측쇄(C1-C8)-알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알킬, (C3-C6)-사이클로알킬-(C1-C4)-알킬, (C1-C8)-알콕시, (C1-C8)-알킬티오 또는 니트로 중에서 선택된 같거나 다른 1 내지 3개의 치환체로 치환되고, Z는 0 또는 1을 나타내며, M은 수소, 트리메틸실릴 그룹 또는1가 금속을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 같거나 다르며, 각각 비치환된 비페닐, 펜옥시페닐, 벤질페닐, 벤질옥시페닐, 나프틸, 티에닐, 푸릴 또는 피리딜이거나, 불소, 염소, 브롬, (C1-C4)-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, (C1-C4)-알콕시, (C1-C4)-알킬티오 또는 니트로 중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환체로 치환되거나 비치환된 페닐그룹을 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 비치환되거나 불소, 염소, 브롬 및 트리플루오로메틸 그룹중에서 선택된 1 또는 2개의 치환체로 치환된 페닐그룹을 나타내는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1및 R2의 치환체가 각각 불소 또는 염소를 나타내는 방법.
