Claims (1)

  1. (a) 알루미나를 90wt% 이상 함유하는 원료를 50 내지 90wt%, (b) 1000℃에 있어서의 열팽창계수가 8×10-6이하인 Al2O3-SiO2계, Al2O3계 및 Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2계 원료에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상 0내지 30wt%, (c) BET 비표면적이 50m2/g 이상인 카아본 분말 3내지 8wt%, (d)Si를 주성분으로 하는 Si미분말과 (c)상분 이외의 카아본 미분말을 합계량으로 4내지 10wtt%, 잔부가 기타 내화성물질로 이루어지는 혼합원료이고, 상기 알루미나 성분함유원료(a)의 일부가 평균입자지름 1㎛ 이하이고 또한 BET 비표면적이 3.0m2/g 이상인 이소결성의 미분알루미나 원료인 조성물을 준비하고, 그의 조성물에 대해서 바인더를 첨가해서, 혼련, 성형을 행하고 얻어진 성형체를 환원 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미나카아본질 슬라이딩 노즐용 플레이트 내화물의 제조방법.
