Claims (8)
- 내연기관에 의하여 구동되는 차량의 감속시에 있어, 이 내연기관에 배기 브레이크를 작용 시킬것인지의 여부를 판단하는 수단과, 상기 수단이 내연기관에 배기 브레이크를 작용 시킨다고 판단 했을 때, 내연기관의 배기 매니폴드에 접속한 배기 터어빈의 부하로서 작용시켜 배기 브레이크 힘을 증착시키는 수단을 포함하는 과급기의 회전축에 회전전기를 형성한 과급기를 갖는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기 터어빈의 부하로서 작용시켜 배기 브레이크 힘을 증강 시키는 수단이 과급기의 회전축에 형성한 발전기임을 특징으로 하는 과급기가 달린 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 배기 터어빈의 부하로서 작용시켜 배기 브레이크힘을 증강시키는 수단이 배기 터어빈을 역회전시키는 수단임을 특징으로하는 과급기가 달린 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 배기 터어빈을 역회전 시키는 수단이 과급기의 회전축에 형성한 회전전기를 모우터로서 작동시키는 수단임을 특징으로 하는 과급기가 달린 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 차량을 구동하는 내연기관의 배기 매니폴드에 접속된 배기 터어빈과, 배기 터어빈의 회전축에 형성된 압축기와 동축의 회전축에 형성된, 발전기와 전동기로서 작용하는 회전전기와, 내연기관의 배기 브레이크 모우드를 검출하는 수단과, 내연 기관의 배기 브레이크 모우드시에 회전 전기를 발전기로서 작용 시키는 수단과, 발전기의 발전 전력을 발전기의 부하로서 소비하는 수단과를 포함하는 과급기의 회전축에 회전전기를 형성한 과급기를 갖는 내연 기관의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발전기에 의하여 발전되는 전력을 충전하는 충전 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 과급기가 달린 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 차량을 구동하는 내연 기관의 배기 매니폴드에 접속된 배기 터어빈과, 배기 터어빈의 회전축에 형성된 압축기와 동축의 회전축에 형성된 발전기와 전동기로서 작용하는 회전 전기와, 회전 전기를 전동기 구동하는 언비어터와, 내연 기관의 배기 브레이크 모우드를 검출하는 수단과, 배기 브레이크의 작용힘의 크기를 판단하는 수단과, 배기 브레이크의 작용힘이 소정치보다 클 때, 인버어터를 구동하여 회전 전기를 전동기로서 작용하여, 배기 터어빈을 역회전 시키는 수단과, 배기 브레이크의 작용힘이 소정치보다 작을 때, 회전 전기를 발전기로서 작용 시키는 수단과, 발전기의 발전력을 발전기의 부하로서 소비하는 수단과를 포함하는 급기의 회전축에 회전전기를 형성한, 과급기를 갖는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발전기에 의하여 발저되는 전력을 충전하는 충전 수단을 형성함을 특징으로 하는 과급기가 달린 내연 기관의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
