Claims (23)

  1. 염색, 인쇄 및 기타 방법으로 착색하기위한 재질을 제조하고, 이 재질을 유연화시키는 방법으로서, 양이온 화합물의 존재하에 아미노당, 다음 일반식의 고리화합물,
    고리-CH2-고리
    이러한 고리화합물과 아미노당과의 착염, 음이온화합물, 양성(兩性)화합물, 비-이온화합물, 극성화합물 및 중성 전해질을 포함하는 그룹으로부터 선택한 착염화합물과 아미노당과의 착염, 그리고 아미노당을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택한 처리제로서 재질을 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재질이 직물 재질이며 표면의 처리제를 처리하기 위하여 처리한 후와 착색하기 전에 헝구는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 아미노당이 키토오산을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아미노당과 착염화합물을 별도의 단계로 첨가하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 최소한 한부분으로 습식공정으로 실시하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 습식공정이 분무, 페딩, 침지, 인쇄 및 배출단계를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 처리제화합물을 압출물에 삽입하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 아릴, 알킬 및 아릴-알킬 제4급 암모늄화합물을 포함하는 양이온 화합물에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 화합물과 키토오산으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 히드록시-포함하는 고리구조 형태의 하나나 그 이상의 성분을 가진 2-관능기의 고급 알데히드와 포름알데히드와의 축합반응의 생성물을 포함하는 음이온 화합물의 그룹에서 선택한 최소한 하나의 화합물과 키토오산으로서 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법으로서, 이러한 화합물이 설폰부리지를 포함하고, 카르복시화되고, 설폰화되고, 산에 의해서 촉매작용을 받고, 염기에 의해서 촉매작용을 받고, 또한 이러한 축합반응에서는 축합후에 설폰화가 실시되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 2단계 공정으로 키토오산과 라우릴 황산나트륨으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 4,4'-디히드록시디페닐 설폰과 포름 알테히드와의 축합반응 생성물과 키토오산으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 양성(兩性)습윤제와 키토오산으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 키토오산과 아미노산으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고리화합물이 신탄 G1,G2및 G3을 포함하고 그룹에서 선택한 합성 탄닌제인 극성 화합물인 방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 에톡시화한 페놀인 극성 및 비-이온성 화합물과 키토오산으로 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 황산, 염화 및 탄산의 나트륨, 칼륨 및 암모늄을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택한 중선 전해질과 키토오산으로서 재질을 처리하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  17. 음이온화합물, 양성(兩性)화합물, 비-이온화합물, 극성화합물 및 중성 전해질을 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 최소한 하나의 착염화 화합물과 아미노당으로 되며, 착색제 및 유연제 제조에 유용한 착염.
  18. 다음 일반식을 가지며, 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 한항의 방법에 유용한 고리화합물 :
    고리-CH2-고리
    여기서, 고리는 최소한 하나의 OH기를 가지며, 나머지 H 및 다른기에서 선택된다.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 고리가 벤젠고리인 고리화합물.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 고리가 나프탈렌 고리인 고리화합물.
