Claims (13)
- 지지제 및 주기율 표의 4b,5b 및 6b족 금속의 최소한 하나 메탈토센의 반응 생성물 및 지지제의 존재하에 형성된 알루목산으로 구성되는 올테핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지제가 2a,3a,4a 또는 4b족 금속의 다공성 무기 금속 산화물인 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, 지지제가 실리카인 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈토센이 타이타늄, 지르코늄, 하프늄 및 바나듐 메탈로센 및 그것의 혼합물에서 선택된 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제5항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 타이타늄 및 지르코늄 메탈로센 및 그것의 혼합물에서 선택된 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루목산이 메틸 알루목산인 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 지지된 생성물내의 알루미늄 대 전이금속의 비율이 몰을 기본으로 100:1 내지 1:1 범위인 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.

- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센이 다음 일반식으로 대표되는 올레핀 중합 지지된 촉매.(1) (Cp)m MRnXq(2) (C5R'k)gR〃s(C5R'k)MQ3-g및(3) R〃(C5P'k)2MQ'식중, Cp는 사이클로펜타디에닐 환, M은 4b,5b 또는 6b족 전이 금속, R은 C1~20을 가지는 하이드로 카빌 그룹 도는 하이드로카복시, X는 할로겐, m은 1-3, n은 0-3, q은 0-3, m+n+q는 금속의 산화 상태와 동일(C5R'k)는 사이클로펜타디에닐 또는 치환된 사이클로펜타디에닐,R'는 각각 같거나 또는 다르고, 수소 또는 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 알킬아틸같은 하이드로카빌 래디칼, 또는 C1-20을 포함하는 아릴알킬, 또는 두 탄소가 결합하여 C4-6환을 형성, R"는 C1-4알킬렌 래디칼, 디알킬 게르마늄 또는 실리콘 또는 두(C5R'k)환을 연결하는 알킬 포스핀 또는 아민 래디칼, R는 아릴, 알킬, 알케닐, 알킬아틸같은 하이드로카빌 래디칼, 또는 C1-20을 가지는 아릴알킬 래디칼, C1-20또는 할로겐을 가지는 하이드로 카복시 래디칼인데, 각각 같거나 또는 다를 수 있음.Q'는 C1·20을 가지는 알킬리디엔 래디칼, S는 0 또는 1, g는 0.1 또는 2, g가 0일 때 S는 0, S가 1일때 k는 4, S가 0일때 k는 5.

- 제11항에 있어서, 알루미늄 및 금속에 기초한 알루목산 대 메탈로센의 몰 비율이 100:1 내지 약 1:1 범위인 방법.
- 제1항의 올레핀 중합 촉매의 존재하에 중합하는 것으로 구성되는, 에틸렌의 중합체 및 에틸렌 및 알파 올레핀 또는 디올레핀의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
