Claims (8)
- A)하기 일반식을 갖는 메탈로센 화합물 :(C5R1 n)mR"n p(C5R1 n)MX3-m〔상기식에서, (C5R'n)은 R' 라디칼이 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 수소, 탄소수 1내지 20개의 알킬, 알케닐, 아릴, 알킬아릴 또는 아릴알킬 라디칼, 또는 R'의 의미를 갖는 R을 함유하는 -CR2SiR3기 또는 -SiR3기이고, 또는 두 개나 네 개의 R'치환체가 탄소수 4내지 6개를 갖는 하나 또는 두 개의 환을 형성하는 시클로펜타디에닐기이고 ; R"는 탄소수 1내지 8개를 함유하는 임의로 치환된 알킬렌 라디칼이거나, 또는 R이 R'의 의미를 갖는또는, 기이고 X 는 동일하거나, 상이하고, 수소, 탄화수소 라디칼 R',할로겐원자, 알콕시기 OR', 히드록시, 또는 OMX(C5R'n)2기이고, M은 Ti, Zr 및 Hf 중에서 선택된 원자가 상태가 3또는 4인 전이금속이고, p는 0또는 1이고, m은 0, 또는 2이고, m이 0일 경우 p는 0이고, p가 0일 경우 하나 이상의 R1라디칼은 수소와 상이하며, p가 1일 경우 n은 4이고, p가 0일 경우 n은 5임.〕B)하기 일반식의 알루목산 화합물 :〔상기식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 서로 동일하거나 상이하고, 탄소수 2내지 20개를 갖는 알킬, 알케닐 또는 알킬아릴라디칼임〕사이의 반응생성물을 함유하는 올레핀류의 중합용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센 화합물이 수소 이외에 두 개 이상의 R' 라디칼을 함유하는 촉매.
- 제2항에 있어서, R'라디칼 모두가 수소이외의 것인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탈로센 화합물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 촉매.상기 식에서, A1및 A2가 동일하거나 상이하고 단핵이나 다핵부제 라디칼이며, R3는 탄소수 1내지 4개의 직쇄 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 탄소수 3내지 6개의 환상 라디칼이고, R1및 R2라디칼은 동일하거나 상이하고, 할로겐원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 6개의 알킬라디칼이며, M은 Ti Zr 및 Hf 중에서 선택된 전이금속이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, A1및 A2가 인데닐 또는 수소화된 인데닐 라디칼이고, R3가 에틸렌 라디칼이며, R1및 R2가 할로겐 원자이고, M이 Zr인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, A)가 〔C5(CH3)5〕MCl2, 〔C5(CH|3)5〕2M(CH3)2, 〔C5(CH3)5〕2MH2, 에틸렌-비스(인데닐) ZrCl2라세미, 에틸렌-비스(인데닐) Zr(CH3)2라세미, 에틸렌-비스 (4,5,6,7-테트라히드로인테닐) 지르코늄 디클로라이드 라세미, 디메틸 실릴-비스(인데닐) 지르코늄, 디클로라이드 라세미, 에틸렌-비스(인데닐) Zr(CH3)Cl라세미, 에틸렌-비스(인데닐) Zr(OCH3)2라세미, 에틸렌-비스(인데닐) Zr(OCH3)Cl 라세미, 에틸렌 -비스(인데닐) ZrH2라세미로 이루어진 군중에서 선택된 화합물이고, 알루목산 화합물 B)가(에틸)2Al-O-Al (에틸)2, (이소부틸)2Al-O-Al(이소부틸)2, 및 (2-메틸펜틸)2Al-O-Al(2-메틸펜틸)2로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, M이 Zr인 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A) 및 (B)를 중합반응전에 탄화수소 용매의 존재하에서 예비 접촉시킨 촉매.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
