Claims (10)

  1. 캘리퍼(10)와 고정지지부(12)에 형성되고 탄성 접촉하는 적어도 두 개의 축방향 미끄럼면(16,18)에 의해 회전 디스크(30)의 축과 평행으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 고정 지지부(12)에 장착된 캘리퍼(10)와, 브레이크 액츄에치터(32)가 작동하는 동안 상기 디스크의 대향면과 마찰 결합하도록 상기 고정 지지부의 개구(34)에 축방향으로 슬라이딩 하고 계지하도록 수용된 두 개의 마찰부재(22,24)로 이루어지고, 상기 스프링을 팰리퍼의 아치에 형성된 개구에 탄성적으로 장착되어 상기 마찰부재(22,24)의 지지플레이트(26,28)에 반경 방향력(R)을 가하고, 이 반경방향력은 디스크(30)의 반경방향을 향하고 또한 마찰부재의 축방향으로 향하게 되며, 접선력(T)과 반경방향력(R)이 수직으로 작용하여 마찰부재(22,24)와 선택적인 측면위치에 확실히 수용되도록 각 마찰부재(22,24)를 상기 디스크의 외주에 접선방향으로 누르게 되는 형식의 디스크 브레이트용 스프링(40)에 있어서, 상기, 스프링은 외주방향으로 떨어진 부분(46,48)의 측면에 의해서 두 개의 견고한 작동부(58,60)에 탄성적으로 결합되는 장착부(42)를 포함하는 절첩된 금속리프로 이루어지며, 상기 견고한 작동부(58,60)의 한쪽(58)은 디스크(30)의 축에 평행하게 놓여있고 두개의 자유단(62,64)에 의해서 상기 지지플레이트(26,28)를 접선방향(T)으로 탄성적으로 누를 수 있으며 상기 작동 부(58,60)의 다른쪽(60)은 디스크(30)의 축에 평행하게 놓여있고 두 개의 자유단(74,76)에 의해서 디스크의 축을 향해 반경방향(R)으로 상기 지지플레이트(26,28)를 누를 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 스프링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 견고한 작동부(58,60)는 특유한 탄성부(54,55)를 통해 상기 장착부(42)에 탄성적으로 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 스프림.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 견고한 작동부(58,60)는 각 지지플레이트(26,28)의 외주측면(70)의 베어링면(66,78)을 통하여 각 지지플레이트(26,28)와 협력 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크용 스프링.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하나의 작동부(58)는 상기 외주 측면(70)에서 반경방향으로 뻗어있고 상기 외주측면에 형성된 베어링면(66)과 협력 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  5. 제3항 또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 다른 작동부(60)는 상기 외주 측면(70)에서 외주 방향을 뻗어있는 베어링면(78)과 합력 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  6. 제2항 내지 5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각 탄성부(54,56)는 캘리퍼(10)의 대응면(50,52)을 지지하도록 탄성부(54,56)의 경도를 부분적으로 높일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 장착부는 문자 Ω의 형상으로 되어 있고 캘리퍼의 아치에 형성된 개구(44)에 계지될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 장착부(42)는 외주방향으로 확대된 상기 개구(44)의 일부에 축방향 작은 틈새(J)로 장착되어 있고, 이에 따라 상기 스프링(40)이 상기 캘리퍼(10)에 대하여 축방향으로 움직일 수 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 각 견고한 작동부(58,60)는 챈널 형상이고 작동부(58,60)의 외면은 상기 베어링면(66,78)에 대하여 지지 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링.
  10. 캘리퍼와 고정 지지부에 형성된 두 개의 축방향 미끄럼면(16,18-15)과, 축방향 필라(14)에 의해 고정지지부(12)에 슬라이딩 가능하게 정착된 캘리퍼(10)로 이루어진 형식의 디스크 브레이크에 있어서, 이 디스크 브레이크에는 앞의 청구범위중 어느 하나에 따른 스프링(40)이 장착되어 있고, 상기 스프링(40)은 상기 축방향 미끄럼면(16,18-15)이 상호 확실히 접촉하도록 상기 캘리퍼(10)를 반경방향 외축으로 탄성적으로 누르는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 브레이크.
