Claims (8)

  1. 하기 구조식(2)화합물의 수산기를 염기 조건에서는 안정하고 산성 조건하에서는 제거될 수 있는 보호기로 보호하여 하기 구조식(3)화합물을 산출시키고 알카리 금속으로부터 생성된 강한 친핵성 염기의 존재에서 그 구조식(3)화합물을 고리화하여 하기 구조식(4)화합물을 산출시켜 산성 조건하에 보호기(Prot기)를 제거하며, 필요에 따라 Y가 OR인 생성물을 식 HNR1R2의 아민과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식(1)화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식들에서, Y는 NR1R2또는 OR이고 R1과 R2는 같거나 상이한 것으로 수소 또는 C1-3알킬이며 R은 C1-3알킬이며 X는 클로로 또는 브로모이며 Prot는 염기조건에서는 안정하며 산성조건에서는 제거될 수 있는 수산-보호기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 강 염기가 소듐 하이드라이드 또는 포타슘 t-부톡시드인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 또는 2항에 있어서 Prot가 테트라하이드로피리닐 또는 α-에톡시에틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한항에 있어서 구조식 (1),(2),(3),(4)의 모든 화합물에서 Y가 NR1R2이고 R1과 R2는 둘다 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한항에 있어서 구조식 (1),(2),(3),(4)의 모든 화합물에서 Y가 -OC2H5인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 3항의 어느 한항에 있어서 하기 구조식(6)화합물을 환원시켜 구조식(2)화합물이 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
    여기에서 Y는 NR1R2또는 OR이고 R1과 R2는 같거나 서로 다른 것으로 수소 또는 C1-3알킬이며 R은 C1-3알킬이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 구조식(6)화합물이 감마-브로모아세토아세틸브로마이드 또는 감마-클로로아세토아세틸 클로라이드를 하기 구조식(7)의 글리신 유도체와 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.

    여기에서 Y는 NR1R2또는 OR이고 R1각 R2는 수소 또는 C1-3알킬이며 R은 C1-3알킬이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 감마-브로모아세토아세틸 브로마이드 또는 감마-클로로아세토 아세틸 클로라이드가 디케텐을 브롬 또는 염소와 반응시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
