Claims (1)
- 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 또는 그 염과 반응시켜서 구조식(1)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나; 구조식(Ia)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 -R4 a기 도입제와 반응시켜서 구조식 (Ib)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나; 구조식 (Ic)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 환원시켜서 구조식(Id)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나; 구조식(Ie)의 화합물 또는 그 염으로부터 카복시보호기를 제거하여 구조식(If)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나; 일반식(Ig)의 화합물 또는 그 염으로부터 카복시 보호기를 제거하여 구조시(Ih)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조하거나, 구조식(Ii)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 아실화제와 반응시켜 구조식(Ij)의 화합물 또는 그 염을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 구조식(I) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 식에서, R1은 할로겐, 니트로, 아미노, 하이드록시, 저급알킬, 카복시나 보호딘 카복시로 치환된 저급알콕시, 아미노 잔기에 저급알킬을 가지거나 갖지 않은 아실아미노, 또는 할로겐을 가지거나 갖지 않은 아릴옥시이며; R1 d는 니트로이며; R1 b는 아미노이며; R1 c는 보호된 카복시로 치환된 저급알콕시이며; R1 d는 카복시로 치환된 저급알콕시이며; R2는 수소 또는 할로겐이며; X는 -O- 또는이며, 여기에서 R3는 수소 또는 저급알킬 또는 아실이며; A는 다음 구조식의 기여기에서 R4는 수소, 저급알케닐, 저급알킬이며, 이들 기는 하이드록시, 아실, 저급알콕시, 디(저급)알킬아미노, 카복시 보호딘 카복시 또는 아릴로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 적당한 치환기를 가질 수도 있다; 이거나 또는 R1은 수소 또는 저급알콕시이고, R2는 수소이며, X는여기에서는 저급알카노 일기이다, 이며 A는 다음 구조식의 기이며;는 아실이며; A1은 다음식구조의 기여기에서,는 저급알케닐, 저급알키닐 또는 알킬이며, 이들 기는 하이드록시, 아실, 저급알콕시, 디(저급)알킬아미노, 카복시, 보호된 카복시 및 아릴로 그룹에서 선택된 적당한 치환체(들)을 가질 수도 있다.
