Abstract

Dispositivo de boquillas mejorado para el moldeo por inyección, la extrusión u otro tratamiento de material sintético, cuyo dispositivo está destinado a utilizarse en una máquina de moldeo por inyección de material sintético, una embocadura de extrusora o un útil de canal caliente provisto con un elemento de calefacción que es hecho funcionar por medios eléctricos, el cual tiene un canal de circulación para la masa fundida de material sintético, una envoltura y, en la zona del extremo delantero, un orificio de salida, y cuya superficie de sección transversal disminuye hacia la punta de la boquilla, caracterizado porque está prevista exclusivamente una barra de calefacción central unida con la envoltura en la punta delantera de la boquilla, porque la sección transversal de la barra de calefacción se estrecha hacia el extremo delantero, porque entre el estrechamiento y el vástago de la barra de calefacción está prevista una parte con gran superficie, porque la sección transversal máxima de laparte con gran superficie es igual o mayor que la de la sección transversal del vástago, y porque el estrechamiento de la barra de calefacción y la parte con gran superficie están situados en la zona de los orificios de salida.
