Claims (9)

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 벤길설폰아미드를 산-결합제 존재하에서 일반식(Ⅲ)의 설페닐 클로라이드와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-설페닐화 벤질설폰아미드의 제조방법.
    여기에서, R1, R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐원자 또는 니트로, 알킬 또는 할로게노알킬기를 나타내며, R4는 수소원자 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, R5는 임의로 치환된 포화 또는 불포화 지방족, 치환족, 아르지방족 또는 방향족기를 나타내며, 여기에서 지방족기는 하나 또는 그 이상의 위치에서 헤테로원자에 의해 임의로 차단될 수 있고, X는 할로겐원자를 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제 존재하에서 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 희석제가 불활성 유기 용매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느하나에 있어서, 반응을 0 내지100℃의 온도에서 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 벤질설폰아미드를 일반식(Ⅳ)의 벤질설포닐 클로라이드와 일반식(Ⅴ)의 1급 아민을 반응시켜 제조함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    여기에서, R1, R2및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 할로겐원자 또는 니트로, 알킬 또는 할로게노알킬기를 나타내며, R4는 수소원자 또는 알킬기를 나타내고, R5는 임의로 치환된 포화 또는 불포화 지방족, 지환족, 아르지방족 또는 방향족기를 나타내며, 여기에서 지방족기는 하나 또는 그 이상의 위치에서 헤테로원자에 의해 임의로 차단될 수 있다.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅳ)의 벤질설포닐 클로라이드와 일반식(Ⅴ)의 1급 아민의 반응을 염기 및 희석제 존재하에서 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실제로 실시예 1 내지 21중의 어느 하나에 기술된 바와 같이 제조되는 방법.
  8. 고체 또는 액화된 가스희석제 또는 담체와의 혼합물 또는 계면활성제를 함유하는 액체희석제 또는 담체와의 혼합물로써, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-설페닐화 벤질설폰아미드를 활성성분으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살진균제 또는 살균제 시성문.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 활성화합물을 0.1-95중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
