Claims (10)

  1. (a) 다음 구조식 (2) 화합물을
    [식중, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 구조식 (1)에 관해 정의된 바와 같음] 염기 및 루이스 산의 존재에서 다음 구조직 (3) 화합물과 반응시키거나 : 또는 R1COCN (3) [식중, R1은 구조식 (1)에 관해 정의된 바와 같음]
    b) 다음 구조식 (6) 화합물을
    루이스 산의 존재에서 다음 구조식 (10) 화합물과 반응시키거나 또는
    [식중, R1은 상기 정의된 바와 같음]
    c) R2, R3, R4및 R5가 같을 경우, 다음 구조식 (Ⅱ) 화합물을
    염기의 존재에서 X'가 이탈 그룹인 구조식 R2X' 화합물과 반응시키고 원한다면 그 후에 염, 또는 설포네이트 유도체를 형성시키는 것으로 구성되는, 다음 구조식 (1) 화합물 또는 그것의 염, 아실레이트 또는 설포네이트 유도체의 제조방법.
    식중, R1은 임의 치환된 아릴 그룹, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 수소, C1-4알킬, C1-4알카노일 또는 Ra가 C1-4알킬인 -CO2Ra로 부터 선택되거나 또는 최소한 R2및 R3또는 R4및 R5가 둘다 수소가 아니고 R2, R3, R4및 R5의 둘 이하가 C1-4알카노일 또는 -CO2Ra이라면 R2및 R3또는 R4및 R5는 그것이 부착된 탄소원자와 함께 C3-6사이클로알킬 환을 형성.

  5. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1이 불소, 염소 및 브롬 같은 할로겐 C1-4알킬 C1-4알콕시 : 트리플루오로메톡시 및 테트라플루오로에톡시 같은 할로(C1-4)알콕시 : 시아노 : 니트로 : 트리플루오로메틸 같은 C1-4할로알킬 : n이 0.1 또는 2이고 R1이 할로겐 또는 시아노로 임의 치환된 C1-4알킬, 페닐 또는 벤질인 R7SOn- : R8및 R9가 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-4알킬인 NR8R9: R10이 C1-4알킬 또는 C1-4알콕시인 R10CO- : 또는 R8및 R9가 상기 정의된 바와 같은 SO2NR8R9로 부터 선택된 3개 그룹까지에 의해 임의로 치환된 방법.
  6. 전기한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R2, R3, R4및 R5가 C1-4알킬, 특히 메틸인 방법.
  7. 구조식 (1) 화합물의 염, 아실테이트 또는 설포네이트 유도체 또는 다음 구조식 (1A) 화합물 및 그것의 호변이성체.
    식중, R13는 임의 치환된 아릴이고 하나 또는 두개 그룹 R14, R15, R16및 R17는 C1-4알카노일 또는 R9가 C1-4알킬인 CO2R9이며 그 나머지는 수소 또는 C1-4알킬로 부터 선택되거나 : 또는 R13는 비치환된 이릴이고 R14, R15, R16, R17및 R18은 각각 R2, R3, R4및 R5와 같음.
  8. 다음 구조식 (12) 화합물을
    식중, R13, R14, R15, R16및 R17는 제7항에 정의된 바와 같음.
    시안화물 소스(source) 및 적당한 염기의 존재에서 재배열시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제7항에 정의된 바와 같은 구조식 (1A) 화합물의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 구조식 (1)의 염, 아실레이트 또는 설포네이트 유도체 또는 제7항에 정의된 바와 같은 구조식 (1A) 화합물과 함께 담체 또는 희석제로 구성되는 제초성 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 정의된 바와 같은 구조식 (1) 화합물의 염, 아실레이트 또는 설포네이트 유도체 또는 제7항에 정의된 바와 같은 구조식 (1A) 화합물의 제초적으로 효과적인 양을 식물에 또는 식물의 소재지에 사용하는 것으로 구성되는, 원치않는 식물 종을 죽이거나 조절하는 방법.
