Claims (1)
- 제1의 트랜지스터의 콜렉터가 제2 및 제3의 트랜지스터의 베이스에 접속됨과 동시에 제1의 저항기를 통하여 전원의 일단에 접속되며, 상기 제2트랜지스터의 에미터가 상기 제1의 트랜지스터의 베이스에 접속됨과 동시에 제2의 저항기를 통하여 상기 전원의 타단에 접속하여, 상기 제3의 트랜지스터의 에미터가 제4의 트랜지스터의 베이스에 접속되어짐과 동시에 제3의 저항기를 통하여 상기 전원의 타단에 접속되고, 제4의트랜지스터의 에미터가 상기 전원의 타단에 접속되며, 상기 제2 내지 제4의 트랜지스터의 적어도 하나의 콜렉터에서 정전류 출력이 취출되는 정전류 회로.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
