Claims (1)

  1. 다음 도식으로 대표되는 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-시아노-5H-디벤즈[b, f] 아제핀을 니트로화시키고 결과로 생긴 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 5-시아노-10-니트로-5H-디벤즈[b, f] 아제핀을 가수분해시켜서 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 5-카바모일-10-니트로-5H-디벤즈[b, f] 아제핀을 형성하고 이 화합물중 10-니트로 그룹을 환원시키고 환원생성물을 가수분해시킴을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 5-카바모일-10-옥소-10,11-디하이드로-5H-디벤즈[b, f] 아제핀을 제조하는 방법.
