Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a foam (sponge) used as a window of footwear, and more particularly, the midsole and insole of the shoe in the foam press (expansion press) method of manufacturing the direct foam at the end of the product It relates to a manufacturing method for eliminating the defect.

Foam, which is used as a window for footwear, is foamed in a 1000 ton large press by the existing production method to produce a large sponge. The foam is cut to the required amount and re-molded to complete the midsole and insole. When the product is produced in this way, the cost increase and many foam industrial wastes are generated due to various processes, and the internal bubble form of the product is damaged by the reprocessing of the foam, thereby deteriorating the physical properties of the product.

In order to reduce the cumbersome process, a method of foaming a foam as it is in the form of a product has been developed. In such a direct foam molding method, it is a reality that a defect of a foam is produced by the quantity of the foam compound inserted into a metal mold | die. Too much of the amount of the end of the foam is torn or popping defects occur, when the lack of the amount of foam bubbles are large, there is a problem that the form does not come out properly. The present invention relates to a mold-like structure for reducing the failure of the end portion of the product, even if the foam compound is added to the mold more than the appropriate amount, even during such defects.

The present invention relates to a mold structure for reducing defects in foam production, and is currently producing a large foam in a large foam press to cut and reprocessed to the required size to produce a shoe window. When the product is produced in the conventional manner, there is a problem that many foams are discarded. Some of the discarded foam waste is recycled, but the waste that is discarded during insole production is completely discarded due to the fabric attached. In addition, many reprocessing processes contribute to the cost increase.

Recently, in order to solve this problem, a foam product has been produced using an injection method or a direct foam press method. This production method uses an amount of the foam mixture required in the production of the product, there is little waste generation, there is an advantage that can save the raw material cost. However, the disadvantage is that the end of the foam that is escaped by foaming from the mold is torn, or the occasional failure to burst.

The present invention has an object to protect the product in the mold structure in order to reduce the defects caused by the bursting of the foam product end.

The present invention creates a free space at the top of the mold design in order to reduce the defect caused by bursting the end of the foam, so that the top of the foam can be molded with a slight margin. The molded product in such a mold structure is a technology that protects the product by cutting the end part even if the end part is formed in the shape of the wing shape slightly, the product burst during the product manufacturing. In addition, since the fabric is bonded to the upper surface of the foam when manufacturing the insole, when cutting the insole product with a cutting knife, the foam and the fabric are cut together, there is an advantage that the cut surface is cleanly cut.

Hereinafter, described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

In the mold structure of FIG. 1, there is a burst prevention groove 3 which is not seen in a normal mold. The general mold structure is designed to mold just as the shape of the product without the burst prevention groove (3). Accordingly, when the upper part 1 and the lower part 2 of the mold are closed and the product is molded, a foam compound leaks into the gap between the mold upper part and the lower part, and a defect occurs when the part is blown during the foam molding. Since there is a space in the groove 3 portion of the present invention, the product can be protected even if the extra portion of the product is molded and the end portion of the product bursts. Unnecessary areas 6 in the finished foam product 5 are cut to complete the product. In FIG. 2, the foam compound is inserted into the molding space 4 in the mold, and then the upper and lower molds 1 and 2 are closed and pressurized to form a foam product. 3 is a view showing a foam product molded by foaming from a mold. Since the product is foamed (160-200%), it is larger than the size of the molding space 4 in the mold. Figure 4 is a diagram illustrating the steps to complete the product by cutting the end portion 6 of the foam product. In the foam insole product of sneaker shoes, when the fabric 7 is combined with the upper end of the insole foam product and the product is cut, the fabric and the foam product are cut together, so that the cut surface of the product is cleanly cut.

As described above, the present invention, by changing the mold structure for forming the foam, so that the upper end of the product can be molded in a wing shape with a slight margin, when the foaming failure occurs when the burst of the end of the product To protect this product. In addition, in the production of foam insoles manufactured by direct foam molding, the cut surface is clean by the foam and the fabric is cut together.
