Claims (4)
- 적층된 복수의 플레이트 및 핀의 각 접촉부 혹은 적층된 복수의 플레이트의 각 접촉부가 납땜되어 열 교환부를 구성하는 플레이트식 열 교환기에 있어서,적어도 유체와 접하는 플레이트 표면 및 핀 표면이 중량비로 크롬 25∼35%, 인 5∼7%, 규소 3∼5%, 알루미늄, 칼슘, 이트륨 및 미시 메탈(mish metal)로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1종 0.001∼0.1%, 잔부의 주성분이 니켈인 합금으로 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 플레이트식 열 교환기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 합금이 15% 이하의 양으로 철을 함유하는 플레이트식 열 교환기.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 합금이 10% 이하의 양으로 몰리브덴을 함유하는 플레이트식 열 교환기.
- 플레이트 혹은 핀의 적어도 어느 한 쪽에 결합제를 스프레이법으로 도포한 후, 이 결합제 도포면 상에 상기 니켈 합금으로 구성되는 분말상의 납재를 부착시키고, 그 후에 이것을 다수단 적층하고 가열하여 납땜하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한 항의 플레이트식 열 교환기의 제조 방법.
